Comment: The two ladies working at this shop are the most kind and generous employees I’ve ever met. I had an accident with my dress at work, and I was just coming in to ask for safety pins, and one of them just kindly offered to slightly hem it for me that way at least it would hold for the rest of the day. Trust me kindness never goes unappreciated. I made sure to stop by the shop once more after work to give them a tiny token of appreciation and instead met their boss whom I gave my congrats to for having such exceptional employees!!

Comment: I took my bridesmaid dress to get it cleaned and ironed a week or so before the wedding without trying it on with heels (yes, not a good idea). They did a great job in cleaning and ironing. Come to find out, my bridesmaid dress was too long (another bridesmaid warned me same day I got it cleaned). I took the dress home from A1 Cleaners and sure enough, it was too long! Ladies - try on the dress with heels to make sure it doesnt need any alterations and dont wait last minute!! Anyways, this was on a Monday and I didnt know A1 Cleaners does alterations until a friend recommended it. I called A1 Cleaners back to see if they could do a quick alteration. They were so kind to accept me quickly back, the owner took the measurements of what needed to be altered. The next day, Tuesday, I picked it up before 5 PM. I tried it on there and it was perfect!!! Way to go A1 Cleaners for your great service, good quality alteration, and positive spirit! Keep it up :) Will recommend to many people!

Great service, did exactly what I asked (which is harder to find than you’d think), and easy to deal with. Took in some silk items with stains and they were completely removed. Will definitely be going back with other items!

Comment: Ali is a miracle worker! My daughter had a fabulous time at her wedding and later in the evening spilled an entire glass of red wine down the front of her dress! After a night of dancing the hem of her dress was also heavily soiled. Ali cleaned her dress and it looks brand new, like nothing ever happened!! He also cleaned and preserved my other daughter’s wedding dress 2 years ago. He does an absolutely amazing job! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you so much!!

Comment: BACK STORY: Admittedly, I dont use dry cleaners very often, but when I do it has always been A-1 Cleaners. Recently, I found an old down comforter stored in my mom-in-laws closet for years and decided to honor her by having it dry cleaned. Upon arriving at A-1 Cleaners, I was quoted the cost of having the comforter cleaned, but to my surprise when I went to pick it up the cost was more than double what I had been quoted. Turns out that, unknown to this reviewer, that comforter had a duvet (Ive never owned a duvet), and thus, two separate charges had been registered. Had I been informed there would be two separate charges to clean such an item, I would have removed the duvet and simply washed it without having dry cleaned the down comforter.ENTER ALI: To his credit, and to my satisfaction, A-1s owner/manager ultimately removed the second charge. In my humble opinion, the positive outcome of my experience is what EXCELLENT customer service is all about. I will refer ALL of my friends and neighbors to this location!

Comment: I took my All Saints lamb leather jacket to their W. Bough Ln location for cleaning. Lamb leather is almost impossible to clean, other places I had asked about before would not accept it saying they couldn’t clean it. A-1 Cleaners did in a week for $52. They left the leather super clean & conditioned & the inside liner of the jacket smelling so nice. The jacket honestly looks new! I’m really happy with the service.

When I explained that further repair was required, they offered a re-do for no extra charge. The owner and his staff are always friendly - and they remember their customers. Comment: I had an AC leak in my house and one of my closets with all my winter clothes was damaged. All my leather jackets and my winter coats were ruined. I took all my jackets to A1 cleaners and just got all my stuff back! Its all looks better then new! i cannot believe they were able to save all my jackets including my leather jacket that was completely covered in mold!!! They are professional, friendly and know what they are doing!

It’s a small shop, the same staff greets me every week and they haven’t messed up an order, yet. Their prices are within the competition. Parking is decent. Quick in and out. No complaints. And I would definitely recommend this dry cleaner to my family and friends.
