Comment: Ali, the owner at A1 cleaners on Gessner is the best! I took my daughter’s wedding gown, over skirt, and veil for cleaning and he did an amazing job! The gown was VERY dirty on the bottom all the way around and he got the dress to look like new! He is very professional and detailed. I highly recommend him.

Comment: Sent my wedding dress there multiple times to be cleaned, once after bridals and once after the wedding. The dress after the wedding was complete wreck, the bottom layers were completely gray from dirt, make up stains along my front, and the dress Itself had random stains from drinks accidentally dropped on me. When I received the dress back from the cleaners, It was white as the day I picked It up from the dress store after purchasing It. You would of never known what that dress went through during the wedding. Highly recommend using them for all your delicate needs.

A-1 is the best and I appreciate customer service. My fiancé had some pants altered. Literally you couldn’t even tell the pants had been altered. They was a perfect fit.

Comment: I’ve used many cleaners over the years and this one by far does the best and most consistent cleaning. The most valuable asset by far is Charlie and her excellent customer service. She knows every customer by name and is always positive and treats you like family. I see customers walk in and drop their clothes and walk right out because they trust that she marks their clothes correctly and they know they’ll get it back the next business day. You don’t get that kind of customer service in most places these days. If highly recommend.

My cloths came out pressed very well. The price was perfect and service was great. During the Pandemic it is hard to find good service that respect guidelines but A1 was excellent. They are my new cleaners.

Comment: There are several reasons that I use this cleaners regularly, but the main reason is Charlie. Charlie gives the very best customer service and makes going there seem like visiting a friend.Overall, they are conveniently located for me, with a quick and easy in and out, the prices are reasonable, the clothes are completed satisfactorily, etc. There was a double seam pressed into my husband’s slacks a couple of times but Charlie had those little issues taken care of immediately. And honestly, when you use a dry cleaner regularly, some little issue is going to pop up eventually, no matter who you use. We are very pleased with A1 Cleaners and intend to remain loyal customers. And although there is another dry cleaning business just as convenient and offering the same services as A1, they don’t have Charlie!

Comment: I have been going to A1 cleaners for over 10 years now. I have no complaints. Not one. Very great customer service from Charlie and everything is clean the way I like it. I like the idea of just dropping things off and leaving because they have everything in my profile. And they will text me when my items are done. Its very very convenient. And Charlie,on several occasions, has stayed late just for me because of my work schedule so I can drop clothes off or pick up clothes. Like I said I have no complaints. The customer service is fantastic and my items are done just the way I like them. I have no reason to go anywhere else.
