Comment: Second time here and it was clean both times. They have a wide variety of machine sizes. The laundry attendants are great as well. Each time I’ve been here there have been many machines available so I was able to get in and out in just over and hour. Prices are great too, one load to wash and dry was $3.75.

Comment: They have smaller washers for $2.25. Be careful of the dryers, I had my clothes on high heat and it melted/burned them.Use high heat for a shorter time or medium for longer time.

Comment: Nothing irritates me more than a broken washer or dryer, but this place makes the whole ordeal WAY less painful. Reasonably priced, super-sized washers for towels and bed linens, and SUPER FRIENDLY attendants who keep the machines up and running and the whole place CLEAN!

Comment: I love how its open 24/7 and I can come at night when theres less people to do my laundry! Cheap washing machines and using the dryers is just a breeze!

Comment: I go here often. Its a smaller laundry room, but I havent had a bad experience yet. If something messes up or wont work, the guy working will give us the change back or do whatever he can to fix the situation.

Comment: First time using laundry service. Loved the fold service and attendant was super helpful! Service was pretty pricy for me considering I have 4 kids but it was worth it to me for convenience 😊

Comment: Was a decent place to stop and do some laundry. They have a mix of some house hold style washers and have some industrial style ones ranging from $3-10 per load. Dryers were all big and nice and were 25cents per 5 minutes. They had a TV that kept me entertained as it was after midnight and the only open business was McDonalds. Seems a little sketchy from the outside behind a gas station but its not so bad passing through.

Comment: Ana is amazing. I have witnessed her philanthropic side by aiding a crying girl with a small snack and drink to help a single father doing his laundry, as well as her Family owned and ran! The staff is exceptionally friendly. The weekend staff is also extremely courteous and helpful as well. My kids love coming in on our Saturday wash days especially when Payday is working. They are very accommodating with their free hi-speed wifi as well as variety of cable programs streaming on their three televisions. Its always clean and the machines work great. Overall the best laundry-mat in Elgin!
