Comment: A little expensive but then I havent had to go to a laundry mat in years. Parking not all that great. Not easy access for handicap customers.Has been updated and parking lot has been paved. Thank you !!!! Updating again, yes the parking lot is much nicer but this laundry mat is not handicap accessible at all. I struggled getting in and out the doors. And Noone working there offered any assistance. One nice gentleman did help as I was attempting to get out to my car. Thank you kind sir. The sad thing is it could be made handicap accessible very easily, maybe one day they will.Until next time.

Comment: My dryer broke the other day, So I had to go there to dry my clothing untill I got new one. Being open 24 hours is a plus. The place is clean the machines work well. Some strange folk in there late night, but it is what it is. Good place to do laundry 🧺.

Comment: I havent been to a laundromat since the 1980s. It was such a good experience, the machines worked great, a lot more expensive than it was 30 years ago but there was a very helpful attendant and a very nice bunch of people utilizing the laundry. They also offer wash, dry and folding if you dont have time. I will definitely use them again when I have over sized comforters to wash

Comment: I dont know why but tonight the laundry matt was so dirty, probably because of FLITHY people not cleaning up after themselves. And it was extremely hot. I have never been there before and not had AC but it was so bad I had to open a door just to feel some wind blowing. I got there at 11:00 PM and left at 1AM dying of heat exhaustion. Lol really it was way too hot.

Comment: Great service I was pulling my RV and trying to find a place to park the owner had just pulled up when he saw me trying to get into a parking spot. And he guided me into a parking spot with my RV attached so I would have spot to park and easy to pull out with out being blocked in. Then he introduced him and let me he was the owner. The place was clean lots of washer and dryers and the up to 6 loads washer was great I had a bedding to wash and lots of clothing with in a 1.5 hour and 4 machines later I was finished and it opened 24 hours so win win I love it. Will be back to either location when I in the area. Thanks so much

Comment: Im very frustrated at the onalaska laundromat in many way. I am in the process of building a new home and i could use the laundromat services in many ways.But the owners leave the mat and the hired held sets down niceand cumpy and strarts texting and tweeting on Her cell phone.I come in,,, in agood mood all though my wife is in surgery getting tests done on her heart which was cancelled due to another critical situation at the hospital.And the hired help woman refused to wash n fold my 4shirts n 4jeans.She said she would not wash old materials made of cloth,,,,,,,,well Honey,, you need to find a new job!So long to onalaska laundromat !!!!!!!!!!! Does any oneread this ???No hair off my skin. Hope yall like her attitude !!!!!!The owners seem tobe pretty decent people.Thars my 2 cents
