Comment: After calling 3 different cleaners to ask if they would clean outdoor pool pillows/repair outdoor pillows they all said no and most of them weren’t very polite. So I called the next cleaners on my list, Brite Touch cleaners, and they were SO friendly from the start! I showed up with about 15 different types of pillows and one of the straps were completely broken off So I was just going to throw it away. She asked the lady, who does the repairs, to just add on a strap and the lady mentioned they didn’t have velcro to attach to the strap and the receptionist said “we can buy it it’s no problem.” Now THAT is customer service!!!!! They took ALL my pillows and are going to repair them and clean them. They are so nice and so professional and go out of their way to make their customers happy. You all ARE AWESOME!!!!!!! Thank you!
