Comment: Update: the owner called and decided to honor delivery and pick up regardless of number of items.In Katy 99% of laundry services offer pick up and delivery. This business does too, but only if u have 15 items for pick up. So for u to ensure u have consistency in service u have to count ur pieces which i am sure varies. I do sometimes have over 15 pieces for pressing while a piece or two for dry cleaning other times. This is not acceptable according to this service. U would get a text message saying they won’t deliver because they picked up a jacket or two only for dry cleaning. Well, do the math, 2 dry clean jackets will be equal to a lot of pressed shirts, don’t you think? There is so much competition around that I don’t need to deal with this hassle. Will be finding a replacement today

Comment: I visited this location in hopes that they could launder my burlap placemats that had been creased during shipment. They did not disappoint! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to provide same day service. If you know anything about burlap, then you know that it can have a potent smell. Well, they even removed that! I will definitely be using their services from now on.

Comment: Brite Touch cleaners is awesome! It is Thanksgiving week and my little nephew, who is allergic to dogs, is coming to visit in 2 days. I was desperately looking for a place that can help me clean my comforters so that they are ready by the time he comes so he doesnt get sick. I knew it was a longshot as most places would refuse, especially during a holiday week. But Brite Touch came through! Not only did they take my comforters at the last minute, with no notice, but when they heard why I needed it, they had them ready within a few hours, let alone the next day! I cannot thank them enough. They were the only ones willing to help with such a quick turnaround! They are awesome!

The team of people that greeted me were very kind and all of them had incredibly great attitudes. I can’t remember ever going to a dry cleaners and feeling such a sense of kindness. The appearance was very clean and convenient. I dropped off two comforters and about 40 items and they promised to have it ready in 2 days. Now that is what I call amazing service! And they offer delivery and pick up at no additional charge. Wow!! I definitely found my cleaners and will only go here in the future!!
