Comment: I had this coffee stains on my shirt that I’ve been trying to get rid of for a while now. They were able to take care of it at no additional cost. And even called me on the phone when it was ready. Great service. The lady at the counter always have a smile on her face that makes you feel welcomed and appreciated.

Comment: My friend Nisha is an awesome lady and the fact i can call her friend shows how personable, easy going and down to earth she is. More importantly, the service is Top Tier, she follows your instructions very well, and they handle your cloths with care. Not the cheapest service but very well worth it!

Comment: I’ve been looking for a new dry cleaners for a while. Last weekend I needed some items done for a business trip I had to make. It was Friday evening and I decided to try Brite Touch cleaners. Went in there and was blown away with the outstanding service provided, I explain the lady my situation and she told me not to worry, that the items will be ready Saturday so I left with a peace of mind then Saturday comes by and I wasn’t able to pick them up!! To my surprise the lady calls me Saturday about an hour before closing time and tell me that everything is ready and was waiting for me. I explained to her that I wasn’t going to be able to pick them up and what she told me next really made my day, they’re open on Sundays... I was able to pick up my items on Sunday morning!!! They are the only cleaners around here open on Sunday!!! I’m so happy with the service and quality that they have a customer for life. Thank you Brite Touch.

Comment: I have been going to the location for the last year. The lady who ran the place from November 2017 until just a few months ago was excellent. She understood the importance of being familiar with her customers, greeting them by name, taking responsibility for the clothes, etc. Now the employees are clinically friendly. On Monday I went to pick up my clothes and they told me that there was a problem with the machines and that they would be late. I replied no problem, I will just come back tomorrow. I called to confirm my clothes were ready and they told me that they were. I called at 630 to tell them I was on my way, but may be there just a minute or two past 7. The lady replied that they closed at 7 sharp. I told her that I needed my suit because of an work engagement the very next day. I got there at 7:03 PM. The lady was gone. She wouldnt wait just a few extra minutes for me and the very next morning I walked into the shop in sweat pants just to pick up my clothes, drive back to my house, get dressed and walk into work much later than usual. I wont be back.*****Update****After my review, Mr. Lopez (manager) called and apologized for the way the incident was handled. He asked me to give them another try and provided me a credit. He then offered an alternative, such as offering to pick up and deliver my clothes to me to accommodate my long work hours. This was a free service he was starting up. I took advantage of the offer and have since loved it. I appreciate his business tact and efforts and have opted to remain a customer. Thank you Mr. Lopez.

Comment: Weve been going to brite touch for almost a year now...i have had no complaints. They have always been on time havent lost anything and have done an excellent job on repairs..today i also am going to send my husbands shoes to be repaired there which makes it very convenient . A little pricey though but the price you pay for your time and keeping away from Interstate 10!

Comment: Ive been going here since 2013 and have always been very happy with service and quality. There is a SUPER nice lady at front. My clothes are usually done in a few days and the dry cleaning is a good price I think. I try not to take my comforters here because for a King size its about 40-50 but they do a fantastic job at cleaning out spots and making them smell awesome, also giving everything back in a plastic cover.

Comment: Extremely great customer service and very friendly! Got some pants tailored after taking my dry cleaning there a couple times and she did a fantastic job! Price is about the same as most but quality is fantastic!
