Comment: I found Cibolo Suds by chance due to technical difficulties with appliances. I am a stickler about customer service and Jody was excellent. His response time and being open to questions confirmed that I will try the family’s service.We agreed upon a pick up time and Jody kept the communication lines open. At pick up I was given an estimated time for delivery. My clothes arrived bagged, folded, and some on hangers. The pricing by the pound could be debatable but you are paying for respectable treatment, convenience, security, and other variables. At home, how many of us wash all of her clothes and fold them within the same day?!Cibolo Suds is a great alternative and outsource option for families. I look forward to using them again in the future. Support small businesses and family business!Wish them well!

Comment: I must say, the laundry service in Cibolo and the surrounding areas is truly exceptional! I found myself falling behind on laundry with an upcoming surgery scheduled. When I called for assistance, they promptly arrived and efficiently picked up eight baskets of laundry. The turnaround time was incredibly fast, and the freshly laundered clothes smelled as if my own mother had meticulously washed and neatly folded them. I was genuinely impressed by the level of care and attention they showed towards my familys belongings. I am immensely grateful for their outstanding service.

Comment: We just got to town and don’t have the washer and dryer hooked up. I called last minute and they picked up and dropped off my laundry within a few hours. Service was amazing and owner was super friendly with helpful tips of the area. Highly recommend their services!!!!

Comment: This is a spot on service. I was able to drop off and pick with ease and let me tell you these guys are great true next day service and clothes were clean and folded. The value here and service is unheard of. If your not using them it’s a mistake. I am in between homes right now and have no way to wash and Cibolo suds helped me more than I can thank them.

Comment: 10/10 would recommend Cibolo Suds. When Lowe’s dropped the ball on my new washer and dryer following a cross-country move to the Cibolo area, i needed some way to get laundry services done as I had only packed for a few days. Cibolo Suds had an opening right when I needed them AND they picked up and dropped off my laundry FREE of charge! The only thing I’d suggest to the business owner is getting a Venmo account. Haha

Comment: Jodie (sp?) was very quick to respond. I messaged him at 9a, he picked up my clothes at 12p and had them back to me the same day. Everything came back smelling clean and folded neatly. Our washer broke down and Cibolo Suds definitely got me out of a jam. Thank you!

Comment: This service was a lifesaver! I’m in the military and just moved to the area. The moving company lost my dryer in the move and I wasn’t able to do any laundry. Karen came to my house, picked up my clothes, and dropped them back off. My wife and I liked the smell and freshness of the clothes so much we are going to switch to the detergent Karen uses. Great service at a reasonable price.
