Comment: I was very excited when they finally opened and I was not disappointed. They are prompt, reasonably priced and incredibly nice.The woman who works the counter, Bansi, is just as sweet and nice as she can be. She takes the time to count and double check her numbers. Shes cheerful and efficient.I happened to be in one Saturday and met the owner. His name is Wade and hes very nice. He recognizes two things that are important to me. First, that the hours are not super convenient right now but getting good people to work is difficult. Wade said that as business picks up the hours will improve. He also realizes that a good quality cleaners is an asset to Cityline.I am very happy he chose this area .We needed a quality dry cleaner in our part of the world.

Comment: So last week on Saturday I had my Dallas College graduation and I tried to get my gown on Friday before. But I got out of school late and when I got to the dry cleaner, it was closed. Luckily I called the emergency number that was posted in front of the door and a great guy named Wade answered the phone. He proposed that we both meet on the Costco on 635 and 75 on the morning on my graduation at 7:45. I said yes. The next day in the morning of my graduation. He was actually there at the Costco at 7:45 and I got my gown as well. Thanks to him, I was able to attend my Dallas College graduation. I promised him that I would make this review and now I did. Not only is this dry cleaner affordable and priced well, but they care about their customers too. Thanks Wade!!

Comment: Cityline Dry Cleaners cleaned my wedding dress after I got married. They did such an AMAZING job!! Not only were they so responsive and timely they made my dress look like new! I had an outdoor wedding and an outdoor reception and I thought my dress was trashed. I was so worried, the bottom was black from dragging in the ground all night. Cityline cleaned it to perfection and also pressed it into a perfect box to store it in. Cityline Dry Cleaners is now my go to for all of my dry cleaning needs! 10/10 recommend.

Comment: Due to past experiences, I only take my laundry to places where they do the cleaning themselves and not send it off to be lost somewhere. I used to visit this businesss Addison location for this exact reason but I moved-- thank goodness they are closer now with this Cityline location. Looking forward to the location being open fully for business!
