Comment: Classic cleaners did a fantastic job preserving my wedding dress! They also did a great job with a few alterations I needed on my dress! I’m so happy to know there are still businesses out there that care about your clothing! In the past I have had horrible experiences at dry cleaners. I am so thankful I found classic cleaners! I will use them for all my dry cleaning, alterations, and preservation needs! They have been absolutely wonderful! I would give them 10 stars if I could! Thank you for making my families life easier!

Comment: This cleaner goes above and beyond. We have used them for 22 yrs (since they were a previous national brand name), but the business has always been the same consistent and going to above & beyond.Two different times they’ve gone out of their way to accommodate my needs. Once my son was graduating from a class and he had to have a specific uniform, and he was able to get it cleaned in a day instead of overnight. Another time, I brought my work tablecloth to them, and they took a day off of when they should’ve had it ready, and allowed me to bring the receipt back to my work and take a reimbursement or check distribution laterNow the latter, may have been because I have been a customer for 22 years. However, my clothing is always done right, it’s quick turnaround, and they get people in and out when they’re bringing their clothes in to drop them off to leave them.

Comment: I’ve been using them for couple of years now. Everyone is super friendly and know me by name now. But that’s not the reason I am writing this review, I had to pick my shirts today and they close at 7, it was little past 7 and they had already closed. The owner opened up for me with a smile on his face. I apologized for showing up last minute but I literally did not have anything clean to wear in the morning and I needed the shirts the owner smiled and brought me my shirts. That’s the kinda stuff that wins your heart.Appreciate you guys!!!!!!

Comment: I’ve lived in Denton for 6 years, and have tried several dry cleaners, and had the same problems with all of them until giving Classic a try. They aren’t the least expensive but they’re not the most expensive. What we’ve found with Classic, though, is that they maintain their equipment well, and their people follow instructions reliably. With other cleaners, we’ve had a lot of problems with shirts that “can” be laundered based on the fabric, but with very nice buttons that cheaper cleaners break with maddening frequency. Classics doesn’t. The appear to change the pads on their pressing equipment frequently enough to always return our shirts in perfect condition. They also follow the request to fold sweaters over a hanger so that the shoulders don’t get marks from the hanger. I wish we’d found Classic years ago before Marky’s ruined so much of our clothing. Classic isn’t the closest, or even the second or third closes cleaner to us, but they are worth the drive!

Well, today I met the owner of this place, and I must say, I was impressed.He has been in the business for 23 years, and clearly by our conversation, is very knowledgeable and passionate in this field. AND he is personally involved in the business.This will be my spot from now on.

The owner and management are on site. I have had one damaged garment in over 18 years as a customer, and they replaced it. Honesty, integrity, and trust are important. You get all 3 with Classic Cleaners.

Comment: Cleaning out the garage a few weekends ago I found my husbands High School letter jacket in the bottom of a box ... very dirty and balled up. I took the jacket to Comet fully aware that any level of restoration would be a project. They gladly accepted the challenge and said it would take about a week ... the jacket was in bad shape and they promised to do their best ... although may not be able to fully restore the jacket. A week later ... I was totally blown away ... the condition of the jacket far exceeded my expectations! In speaking with the owner, they spent a lot of time on the jacket taking several steps to ensure proper cleaning. I very much appreciate the personal care an attention in restoring the jacket! My husband was very excited and equally as blown away! In addition the employees are awesome ... very friendly and efficient! Customers for life!

Comment: My 3 trips here have been amazing. Quality work, great prices, and most important on time. In my last visit i arrived 20 minutes after they closed, the manager opened the locked doors, turned back on the computers, and brought me my clothes out to me. Refusing my offer of a tip. Very pleased with these people. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Comment: Took my clothes to this cleaners because they advertised $2.19 per shirt and I pass it on my way to work. Gave them about 14 shirts to get done. They made a decision without notifying me. Apparently some of my shirts have some spandex in them and they decided to dry clean them without notifying me. They ended up charging me $54.UPDATE:The owner called and rectified the situation. He issued me a refund for the inconvenience. He was very kind and explained the situation. Clothes looked great. Will be coming back for sure.

Comment: I have tried others but I come back. Very friendly, friendly and on time. I am very picky about some of my clothes and they take care of me. If you leave somthing in your pockets they save it for you and repair loose buttons with out having to be told. They always remember my name. They take pride in their business and you can tell.

Comment: Just moved back to the area. Tried another, unnamed, dry cleaners located off of Swisher and was very disappointed. I saw the Comet location and thought I would give them a try. Dropped my bag of clothes off. The young lady at the counter was friendly and professional. Went back to pick them up a few days later and was treated like a king. The young lady thanked me for my business and then offered to carry my laundry/dry cleaning to my car! I was shocked and blown away that she would even offer! Then comes the best part, I go to put a pair of pants on the next morning and discover that the button over the left rear pocket that had been missing for at least 6 months was replaced! Mind you, this pant had been through my old dry cleaners at least 30 times and was never repaired! I cant wait to go back and discover what they will do next to blow me away!

Comment: SIX STARS. Every business owner should pay this place a visit to observe the very best in customer service. I have recently moved to the area and have never seen a dry cleaner this well organized in my life. On my first visit, the owner greeted me and gave me a tour of the facility! The staff are all uniformed in blue golf shirts and khaki shorts and they are extremely friendly. Drive up service. Off-hours drop offs. If you decide to try this place, you will be hooked. As far as pricing is concerned, it is half the amount I paid in North Carolina.
