Comment: Awesome place to do your laundry, very clean and has friendly staff, Sarah is great! Always helpful and super nice, she keeps the place clean and running like a well oiled machine. They have a large variety of washers and dryers, all sizes. Little bit pricey if your comparing it to your apartment laundry rooms, but way nicer and a lot faster, plus all the machines will work when you use them. Will never use my apartments laundry rooms again. They have a few big screen TVs and really cool Houston themed murals on the walls. Definitely recommend this place if you need to do a lot of laundry and dont want to wait a long time. They will also do drop off wash dry and fold for $1 a lbs. Best part of all they are open 24hr. They use a card based system so make sure you bring your credit/debit card.

Comment: Tay and Sarah were exceptionally kind. My sister and I were a bit conflicted because it was very busy and we had a lot to do today. Sarah explained that we could leave our clothes and they would take care of it. And take care of it they did!!! Clothes were fresh, clean, and warm by the time we came back. 10/10, Clutch city is exceptionally clutch.

Comment: Clean and super friendly environment. I feel completely safe whether I come to wash my clothes at 10am on a Sunday or 2am on a Friday night. Staff is always available at all times so if you run out of laundry detergent, dryer sheets or fabric softener, they offer small sizes to buy for fairly decent prices. Washer sizes come in 4 different sizes that range from small 1-2 loads for around 3$, medium for 2-3loads around $5, large for 4-5 loads around $9 and extra large for 6-8 loads for around $11. (The large and extra large might be slightly off price but its close to that.) Dryers come in 3 sizes, large 1-3 loads for $1.50, extra large for 4-5 loads for 2.00 and extra extra large for 6-8 loads for 2.50 or $3 (Im not 100% positive on that last price, since Ive never used it) the washers only take about 20-35 minutes depending on if you want a regular wash or want an extra wash and extra rinse for a small additional charge. The payment system is by a card system they use with a dispensary card machine. You place your card on the machine and can load it with cash or debit card, for first time card dispense theres a small additional fee that I believe is only $3. Honestly its the best laundry mat Ive ever been to with top of the line machines that dry your clothes in one use for only about 40mins. Additional 5mins cost 25¢ but honestly just drying on medium heat will get the job done in one payment and no additional minutes added. I usually dry on medium and take my clothes out after around 25-30 mins with time still left on the machine. Kid friendly with a vending machine that offers snacks and drinks in one machine. Highly recommend this place. Ive met all the staff and theyre all so refreshingly friendly and helpful. Theres plenty of tables for folding laundry and a separate long bar type area to sit and wait for your clothes. Theres also several outlets by the bar seating area so you can plug in your laptop or phone to charge if you need to. Bring your own charge cables and plugs though. Extra parking in the back with an outdoor seating area if its busy inside and just need a breather. Also theres handicap accessible ramps in front and back. Honestly its a great place and I highly recommend if youre in need of a laundry mat, or even if you get behind on your laundry duties and have an abundance of clothes that need washing. Ive literally seen people come in with mountains of clothes theyre folding up. Great time saver and a decent fair cost in my opinion.

Comment: This is my go-to for doing laundry. This washteria is open 24 hours. This is perfect because I can usually come very early to avoid crowds. Its always clean, which is another plus. The staff is always courteous, especially Annette. She is very friendly and professional. It is greatly appreciated. I love that the dryers are extremely hot. I normally dont have to keep my regular clothes in there full time because they will shrink.

Comment: My experience at clutch city was nothing short of amazing. The establishment smelled very nice, clean floors, counters, washers/dryers. The staff, Annette and Victorian, were amazing and very helpful. Sad to say, ive never been to a laundromat so i was unfamiliar with how it works. They helped me from start to finish . I used one of the large-sized washing machines for that we paid $8.95 to wash and dry with a large one, i paid $2. I went around noon on a saturday. If you dont like cash, like me, dont bother. They have a machine where you can pay with your debit card or even contactless payment. I fell in love. haha. Nonetheless, great spot and friendly staff. Ill come back again to wash my decor pillow ❤️

Comment: What a great first time experience! I had not been to a laundromat in some time, but with a queen size comforter emergency I was in need of a heavy duty washing option. Clutch City had great reviews that I saw and so I decided to stop by.Without my even asking, a woman met me at the front door with a cart for me to load my items into. Since Id not been there before she showed me how their card system worked and which machines to use. I was short with the cash I had to cover the wash and the dry and she just took care of it so I could get everything done. I was honestly blown away. I didnt know who she was yet at this point and so I asked her name (her name is Sara!) and told her thank you for all she had done.My things are washing now while Im sharing this review with you. Highly recommend that you come and support a business with such a friendly vibe. And I wanted to mention as well - its spotless clean in there and they have good music playing. Come through! 👌💯

Comment: My experience at clutch city was very pleasant. The building itself was very clean, and the attendants were very helpful to the patrons. I used one of the medium-sized washing machines for that we paid $6.50. For the dryer, we used the medium size one as well, for that we paid $2. We went around 11am on Sunday and it was hardly busy which was very nice. Dont worry about bringing cash they have a nifty laundromat card that you can buy and reload with a debit card. All in all, great laundromat will definitely be coming here when I need to wash clothes.

Comment: If I could put more stars I would! Such a great experience especially as my first time here🙌 I was helped by Annette in the mid morning early afternoon hours and she was super helpful! She helped me with loading my card, opening the door for me as she saw me struggling with my baskets and even helped me on my way out with my laundry. Definitely 5 star service! I won’t go to any other laundry mat ever again! And to top it off they have 1cent dry for 40minutes every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday! I thought my dryer was glitching lol!! Like who does that!? Exactly, no one but Clutch City Laundry! I’m so glad my neighbor recommended this place to me!
