Comment: The lady who works here is so hardworking and keeps the place very clean. Also very friendly and helpful! Every time I come I see her deep cleaning the machines. Its best to come with cash and get quarters but theres an app you can use for a few of the machines. Its also nice they have free dryers because I like to dry things at different temperatures. Great laundromat!

Which I am glad so I don’t have to spend a bunch of money trying to dry my clothes completely.They have ample of dryers and a variety size washers. I came on a Sunday evening and it was empty.

Comment: I hate doing laundry, and honestly I hate laundromats only because most is usually horrible and nasty when you go into them. Parents never watching there kids. Except I have found one place that makes you feel like your doing laundry at home. Collins Wash n Dry on Collins St in ArlingtonTX. Ive been coming here for almost a year since March. The owner, management team and the employees has always welcomed me in. The employees do a wonderful job keeping the place clean. Great job always cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, washers and dryers. And most of all the floors are always swept. So if you ever wind up needing to go to the laundromat I highly recommend and give this place an A++. I would rate it a 10 star 🌟 if I could. If you Dont believe me then come see for yourself. You will not regret it.P.S. Oh yeah forgot to tell yall, dryer is free except for big dryers. And the owner does drawings to win prizes. He cares about his customers. Come join the family like atmosphere.

I have been coming to Collins Wash and Dry in Arlington TX for almost a year now. have been to many different laundromats in my life time but none can compare to this place. I give an A++This laundromat is always cleanNever has it ever smelt bad. Bathrooms are always clean and stalked up. And always sanitized. You can walk in this place and not know a single soul and feel the friendliness that this place is filled with and that is no lie. All the employees here are awesome but I want to give a big thank you shout out to the best employee there MissTwana(hope I spelt her name right). I call her Miss Tee She is always so friendly and helpful. I will never go to another laundromat if I can keep from it. This place will keep my business as long as i am living in Arlington. Thank you for always making me feel at home. Its good to know there are still people who cares about their jobs and cares about their customers. They are the kind of employees who deserves their jobs, and their raise. Again thank you to all of the employees and the owner at Collins Wash n Dry.

Comment: I’ve been a loyal customer at this facility for 4.5 years now. They never disappoint! Every time I come in, Ms. T is cleaning, walking around speaking to everyone and always ready to lend a helping hand! The staff has always been constant and friendly! In Almost 5 years, there has only been 2/3 employees and that speaks volumes! Last time I visited, a few changes has been made and I would’ve been inconvenienced, however Ms.T offered to restart my dryers, making it easier for me to leave and attend to other business.That was extremely nice and selfless! Even with the price increasing and new procedures, I’ll remain a customer because the experience is priceless!!!

I’ve been going to one across the street occasionally when I get backed up on washing my laundry at home but I don’t even think I want to EVER wash at home or anywhere else again. Comment: Cleanest laundromat Ive ever visited and also the biggest. I was impressed on how clean its kept and all the machines work nicely! The carts are lined up at entry neatly and plenty of them for everyone to use. I love the fact that theres a bathroom with hand soap and water which I never see in other laundromats which is a big plus for me and I love the fact that the manager is always there and she is always helpful. The automatic doors help also when carrying laundry in and out, also like that there is water fountains next to the vending machines in break area. I will definitely be going back and this is now my new favorite place to do my laundry.

Comment: This is by far my favorite wash-n-dry place. Come here every Sunday and the place is always clean and well kept. My only issue with this place and its not directed to the place itself, but to the people that come here. A lot of us want to come, wash our clothes and go. Yet people can be so uncourteous that they’ll put their clothes to wash leave and it’ll be an hour before anyone else can use it same thing for the dryers. And During peak hours this is especially troubling.Those are my only issues, other then that the place is great.Forgot to mention,,,,DO NOT LEAVE YOUR SOAP UNATTENDED!I was there today 12/15/19and some lowlife stole my soap.Add your soap and take it back to your car.

Came on a Friday night a few months ago and only paid 1.25 for wash loads. This time only a few washers are $1.75 and the rest are $3 or $4.25. Dry is still 25¢ per ten minutes.

Im not sure what he has against doggy smells. 🙄The attendant was right there when I opened the door hauling the dog beds and she helped me choose the right machine, get it loaded and ready to go!She said they have free soap on Wednesday and Thursday!!!I used the biggest machines for the beds and for two beds it came to about $21. Thats washed with super wash and dried. The beds smell new!This laundromat is large, clean, safe and friendly! I will definitely be back to wash the dog beds and you should go too!

Selene who works there was on the floor cleaning the wheels of the cart and ensuring EVERYTHING was clean. She was super friendly and helpful to everyone making my experience a more enjoyable one. I went Friday morning and there where plenty of available washers and dryers; several sizes to choose from. Ther picture submitted is exactly how it looks. Even when my washer is fixed I will come back to do comforters and rugs. This place breaks the mold of laundromats. I am hopeful people realize its a gem and continue to keep it nice...I know the staff are really trying.

Comment: The lady in charge of the machines was extremely helpful helping me understand the machines and even told me which dryers to use for which clothes and for how long. (Im a traveler for work and laundry is something I usually pay the hotel or someone to do for me.) The machines are all new and tell you how much time you have before its done. For about 20#s of clothing I used a big washer for $6.75 with an extra rinse for about 30 minutes and the thing would have taken twice as many clothes easy. The dyers are .25¢ for 10 minutes. I used .75¢ for my jeans and overalls, and .50¢ for my shirts and undergarments. For $8 and an hour and a half of my time, I think I got a great deal. Nice location, Beautiful storefront, brightly lit inside, great lady working, my only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of drop off service, which may be available but Im not aware of. Top notch, and my new weely visit while working in town.

Comment: Very nice, clean facility with new machines. The washers range in price between $1.75 and the most expensive I saw was over $6 for the largest capacity. Dryers are a quarter each ten minutes for standard size, but I’m not sure how much the larger ones ran. I had a LOT of clothes and would have gotten out a little shy of an hour if I hadn’t read reviews which misleadingly said the machines took cards. To be clear, there is an ATM (currently out of order 12/16/18) so I would be safe and come with cash handy.One of the change machines gives back dollar coins, so be aware of that. I know the washers take them, not sure on the dryers. There are also vending machines for convenience and TVs to pass time. Also, there’s free WiFi (for the condition you check in on Facebook... I posted and deleted. Nobody needs to know all that.).Overall, it’s very clean, large, and convenient with attentive employees that are super sweet, even when you’re down to the wire, close to closing time which I don’t ever recommend. Don’t be that guy.

Comment: Very nice and clean facility. Large capacity Electrolux washers hold 6x loads. Medium capacity holds 4.5x loads and the small washers 1x loads. Prices are excellent on each. Electrolux dryers are multi-temperature and dry very nicely. I will be coming here again to wash my comforters and blankets. Thank you very much for a nice clean facility!!
