Comment: My first time trying Comet Cleaners. They did a good job but didn’t get out any of the spots I showed them on my husbands suit when I dropped it off. I also told them the spots were water soluble or would come out with steam and they were all there still when I picked it up. I took it home and got them all out myself with water on a wash cloth. It took me 2 minutes. It was a little frustrating that no one tried to get them out. (The picture is after I picked up the suit)So overall yes his suit was cleaned well besides that and looks nice now that I finished the job. Overall, I would go back because they were easy to work with and the suit looked nice besides that.

Comment: Three years ago I had a problem with the pressure pressing the lapels of my suits even though there was a special tag on the suits that said, “ do not press lapel”. Over the last three years it has gotten better. My suits are returned in an excellent condition and my white French cuff shirts are so stiff from the heavy starch that I could cut butter! Beautiful job. Lapels on wool and worsted wool suits and sleeves should never be press under any circumstances. Have recommended to my business associates and fellow cigar smokers.

The staff is friendly and professional…however there’s been 1 or 2 times where I felt the staff was a little pushy and impatient when telling me how I should get my clothes cleaned…dry cleaned vs laundered or vice versa….But the folks in the afternoon are always smiling, friendly and nice. Overall Comet delivers a good product.

Comment: These guys are very professional. Ive used Comet Cleaners before in another location. Ive recently relocated to this side of town. The other location had deals depending on the number of pieces you bring for service, but this location had set prices. That being said, you actually get what you pay for. The whole experience from greeting me at the door, explaining the services, explaining the schedules, everything in between, and the actual service was amazing. The staff even go as far as writing notes in detail to get exactly what you want and need when it comes to your service. Also, these guys cleaned spots out of my pants I didnt think was possible because my old Comet Cleaners location couldnt.Thanks for the amazing experience.

Comment: I have a wedding dress that was preserved 25 years ago. When I opened it last week, it was stained and a mess. The company I had used in Florida did a terrible job. We are doing a photo shoot for our 25th anniversary and I called to see if they could help me. I dropped it off and while they couldn’t get out all the 25 year old stains (not their fault!!!), they were upfront and honest. They were professional and kind. They followed up and kept me informed. They knew I needed it by Saturday and they were working hard to make sure I picked it up before closing. I don’t get a lot of things dry cleaned but I’ll be using them any time I do! Their customer service is 10/10!!!

I took my clothes for dry cleaning on a Friday, and situation came about at the service plant and I was informed that my clothes wouldn’t be ready until Monday rather than the next day (Saturday). Comment: Ive only been here once and selected Comet Cleaners over closer cleaners based on the reviews.For a two piece suit and dress shirt, just shy of $12 which is on par with price for dry clean. I will say Im impressed with how quick it can be done. I dropped off the articles in the morning and it was done by 6pm same day.I will definitely be coming back here despite not getting a discount off my first bill as seen in the other review.
