However he has co workers who I witnessed literally walk out and leave him by himself. The AC is also out so it’s super hot in there and this young man is still working so hard ALL BY HIMSELF! I think it’s absurd that he has to deal with lazy coworkers who literally leave during shift and leave him to work by himself. I don’t know this young man’s name but he wears glasses and he needs a raise and a vacation. I would get rid of the other employees because they do not care about your business, customers or their coworkers.

My order took longer than originally promised, and I was also missing a sheet(and given someone elses blanket) when my comforter was returned.However, when calling to fix the problem, Berta helped me right away and had my comforter(and my missing sheet) re-cleaned and delivered the very next day. Its worth noting that my comforter and sheets did arrive impressively clean. I am relatively unforgiving towards businesses, but I understand that no one (and no business) is completely perfect.What stood out is how timely and gracefully my problems were resolved. Although my first impression came with frustrating problems, I would still highly recommend these cleaners and their service as Berta has proven they truly care for their customers.
