Comment: I just started going here, and they do well. I dropped off a sweater I bought 2nd hand, that stunk like perfume and smoke. I forgot to mention I needed the smell out, but they took care of it. Fast turnaround, and I love that they text to let you know when its ready!

Comment: I had an emergency, and Comet Cleaners came to the rescue!My daughter had her senior photos scheduled in downtown Dallas in 45 minutes, and her shirt was hopelessly wrinkled. An hour away from home ourselves, I found Comet on Google maps and headed there with hope. Sure enough, the owner / manager happened to be at the counter, and he nodded his head at my plea and whisked the shirt away to the back.Two minutes later, he came back with the shirt steamed beautifully! I was so grateful and relieved. I tried to pay him, but he wouldnt accept. This act of kindness from a business is almost unheard of in todays age of impersonal transactions, so I wanted to sing this business praises online.Bring your dry cleaning to Comet Cleaners because they care!

Comment: This is where I take my occasional dry cleaning and have always been pleased with their work, but last time I went they really went out of their way to help me! I needed some clothes dry cleaned for the next morning and I went in the evening, I was worried I wasn’t gonna be able to get it done on time but the young man working the front said he could have it ready, and he did! So pleased with their service!

Comment: I took my fiancé’s suit and my wedding dress to be dry cleaned here and couldn’t be happier with the results. Albert took great care of us from start to finish! Unlike other places I’ve used, their time frame was accurate and they held themselves to it, despite being short handed. On the day I was due to pick it up, Albert was running the store by himself, but still managed to give me a courtesy call when my items were done EARLY! He even helped me carry the items to my car. Great service and communicative staff. Will definitely be back for any other laundry needs!

Comment: I would give them 6 stars if i could. they got me in and taken care of same day even though it was past the stated time. Next when i picked up i only had to items and thought they lost my pants because i thought i dropped off 3 pieces and ticket stated that. they said no it was the tie you kept. I disagreed and pushed to have them find it. they called the owner he pulled over checked camera footage and personal talked to me on the phone and said there is no pants. gentleman was professional and nice said if i find them they will press them and have them ready for my interview in the morning. well behold the owner was right the pants dropped in the hotel closet from the hanger. I dropped them off and will be able to pick them up by 7 am tomorrow. Under the stress of a job interview and long traveling i could not ask for a better group of people and a better business. I wish i could bring this place to Tennessee. God Bless this place.

Comment: Miracle workers!! They were able to get a stain out of a very expensive silk blend shirt that is one of my favorites. I thought it would be lost forever, but they saved it! Always good service, always prompt, professional, they take the time to make small talk with me. I highly recommend them! They are worth every penny.

Comment: Great people and great service! Im very particular because Im allergic to starch and dry cleaning and these guys do what you want them to do. Most cleaners wont launder rayon but they will if you sign a release.

Comment: Initially had some problems when some shirts were lost. Took a while for the manager to resolve the issue but continue to go because of the service provided by the staff. In the end the manager took care of me on my shirts by replacing full price for my new shirts I had to buy. Even though it took a while to resolve the manager made it right in the end and for that I will continue to take my business there.
