We only use laundromats while traveling and so we were not familiar with the machines and the manager came and assisted. She was so sweet. I definitely recommend this business.

Comment: I know this is just a laundro mat/dry cleaning ace, but our family loves it! We dont have a washer right now so we found this place and its great! The staff turns on cartoons for our kids, gives them popcorn, and even gave them pizza once! Good service and good machines in a safe area.

Comment: I live in Beaumont and have driven by this laundromat for years. Never needing to stop until a couple weeks ago. When I walked in, it smelled clean! There was an older lady climbing up and down a stepladder cleaning VERY thoroughly, the washing machines....even inside the soap dispenser!! I’m so impressed. They all got along with each other and helped their customers. One of the ladies even helped me out soap in the machine. (I’m so short) it didn’t take long at all to wash and dry...a couple hours and got all 3 loads done without a lot of stress. I enjoyed talking with the customers, who were friendly as well and we never met each other. 😀The floors were shining and the employees were so friendly. I clean houses, so I appreciate a place I don’t have to clean. Even the soap in the bathroom smelled great.This is my new favorite place to wash my clothes until I can get a washer at home!

Comment: I have been coming to Crawdads every week since Harvey. I live in Beaumont and drive all the way here every week to do laundry. We lost everything in Harvey. These ladies have done and helped me and my family so much and I want them to know how much we appreciate it. Especially Glendy and Marla. These women are so helpful and polite. Also Glendy has taught me so much about the machine and so much more. I would and do highly recommend Crawdads to everyone. Its clean always and they make you feel so welcome. Comment: Reluctantly, I asked my grandson to take his grandfathers and my dress clothes to be dry cleaned at Crawdads Cleaners. To my surprise, I was over charged for the cleaning service. My experience...absolutely, the best dry cleaning I have ever had. The service was excellent in every way. The trustworthy management, took care of the over charge quickly and very efficiently. Finding, the mistake was not theirs, but the company they used to process bank cards. I am very pleased with Crawdads Cleaners. I hold them in the highest regard and would recommend everyone to use their service. The ladies are most pleasant and so eager to please. The atmosphere is very warm and peaceful.The building smells good when you walk in and is visibly clean.During my very first visit, i noticed their sparkling floors and how the counters shined. I am a germ freak and I giggled to myself when I realized I had sat my purse on the counter of a cleaners I was not familiar with. My daughter, Jenny, was the one to introduced me to Crawdads Laundry and Dry Cleaners. That was almost 2 years ago. She said to me, Mom you have to try them. They are the best cleaners I have ever used. To be honest, I found that hard to believe. Then one day, I realized I had been driving around with 2 large black garbage bags full of our dress clothes and a kingsize comforter for several months because I didnt trust the local cleaners in my home town. Thats when i decided to give Crawdads a try. I want to end my story with a hughe THANK YOUto Crawdads Cleaners. Also, to let yall know how impressed I was when I got home with my laundry. Our clothes looked brand new. I am almost embarrassed to say, my husbands pants are about 7 years old but after being dry cleaned, they looked like I had just purchased them. These were my husbands favorite dress pants. Comment: Everything was great except for the fact that I submitted 9 items to be cleaned and pressed and they told me to come back on Tuesday so I come back and theres only two of them there for me to take. I wondered where the rest of my clothes were they told me it would be another two days. By the way whenever I got my clothes I was very very happy with them they were press the way I asked and not to outrageous on the price. I will be back.
