Comment: I can’t say enough great things about this place! First time in, I needed my son’s ROTC slacks hemmed and dry cleaned. The alteration was done beautifully! Excellent work, couldn’t even see the hem! The lady who helped me both times was very friendly and warm. When we picked up my sons pants I mentioned it was my daughters birthday and she let not just my daughter but my little boy pick a piece of candy and she was so sweet to both of them! 5 stars for the customer service, the alteration and the cleaning! I will definitely be going back!

Comment: They saved our lives on the week of homecoming! We ordered a dress online that didn’t come in until Monday, the week of homecoming. We didn’t start calling around for alteration places until Wednesday (totally my fault) and no one could get it back to us until Tuesday of the next week (apparently a lot of places send them out now…who knew?) I called them and they told us to bring the dress up right away and they would try to have it back to us by 3:00 Saturday. Cutting it close, but Saturday morning around 10:00am I get a text that the dress is ready. I was quoted a reasonable price and it didn’t change at time of pick up. Got the dress home and it fit my daughter perfect. They were very sweet and understood the urgency. I will absolutely use them again! Even if it’s not a rush lol

Comment: One of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had. I went there to get my blazer sleeves shortened, but I needed it done in a few hours in order to attend a wedding. The tailors werent available that day, but Nikita offered to saw it by hand, a temporary fix, so that I could attend the wedding. She did such an amazing job that I may not need to see a tailor after all. The place was busy, phone ringing every few minutes plus customers going in and out but she handled it with ease and charisma.I highly recommend this business for your dry cleaning & alterations. 10/10

I’m a huge fan of old school camouflage and got my hands on two legit Belgian paratrooper jackets and they did a fantastic job fitting one to me perfectly and converting the other into a vest. This is very impressive because the material these are made of are very thick and heavy and not easy to work with. As long as I live by their establishment I will be coming here to get work done.

Comment: Very happy with everything. i brought in 4 jeans to be altered at my waist and the owner there told me she can pleat it instead so that i dont have to pay as much. but then she realized afterwards that the waist band was too thick and shed have to alter it by taking the waist band out which costed more money however she didnt charge me anything extra and i paid the price for what i originally was gonna have done. she definitely cares more about making her customers happy more than anything else so it was really comforting. the alteration is amazing and the work is very professional and well done. im obsessed with my jeans now. definitely will come back in the future for ANY alterations i need. cant recommend this place enough!

Comment: Every time I come here, I am blown away. The service is phenomenal, and they do such a wonderful job with both laundering and alternations. BEST ALTERATIONS IN THE CITY! Also, very reasonably priced. The owners treat you like family, and they have been in the dry cleaning business for like 35 years! They know what theyre doing! They earned a lifetime customer in me and my family.

Comment: This place is great! I took a favorite dress shirt there that had several PERMANENT INK stains on it. The nice lady there got those stains out right then and there and for NO EXTRA CHARGE! I was amazed. The shirt looked like new after it was cleaned as well. Friendly, amazing service and great prices. I will be going back there for sure.
