Comment: Ive used these guys for more than 10 years and the cleaning has always been great and the customer service super friendly. They dont wait until you drive up to the window, they come out to you. But tonight was a different level. I showed up a few minutes after they closed. The lights were off so I went on through figuring Id come back tomorrow. I was paused in the parking lot when one of the staff came out and asked what I needed and I said Id just come back. He said if he was there he was taking care of me. So he went and got my shirts and loaded them into my car with a smile and a friendly salutation. Great job guys!!

It is my intent at this point that I have had enough of this and plan to take this legally to the next higher level. It is like this company doesnt respect people, their request or their privacy.UPDATE NOV 13 2020Spoke with owner. It has been a few months now and And will obtain that date at a later time but currently I am submitting this update to be fair with the owner and the business to all those read my review. The owner was apologetic and the truth was my issues was previous owners. I wasnt aware but he assured me my information solicitation would be removed and respected. As of today I am changing my review from 2 to 4. As of date I have not been solicited with any business sales. The owner gave me direct contact should I have any further issues. The owner was very responsive and very nice and professional.

Fortunately, I had a warranty for the comforter that I didn’t know of.Its unfortunate that this place has such great reviews yet I was given such poor service. I took my very expensive comforter to Dry Clean Super Center to be dry cleaned. I specifically said the comforter needed to be dry cleaned as the care label is not on there anymore. I also know that a washed comforter can come out lumpy so I wanted to avoid that. What was I given? A deflated, lumpy comforter that clearly was not handled with the care that this company boasts. Additionally, it was more wrinkled than Ive ever seen a comforter be which indicates to me that they shoved it in a bag before it was done drying. When you take an expensive item to be cleaned, you trust that itll be handled with care but I cannot trust Dry Cleaning Super Center to do handle my items now. When I called to ask how it was washed, they could not answer that question. The young man I spoke with did not even attempt to remedy the situation. All I was told was our owner will be here tomorrow. Talk to him. Perhaps a quick refresher in customer service is what this place needs.

I’ve now lived in Uptown, The Village, Lakewood and soon will be moving to North Dallas. You betcha I’ll be continuing to bring our dry cleaning here always! Joe and his team are fabulous with their customers and also have done an amazing job with my alterations over the years. I tried based on good reviews. I think they send their clothes out, rather than do in house. They returned a pair of trousers to me without the fabric belt. Luckily they found it. These were expensive pants and you need the belt to wear them. I wont be going back based on this experience.

Comment: Im reviewing some of the ratings and found myself surprised at the negative experiences some people have had. I find Im somewhat picky and dont like to spend a lot of money on dry cleaning or laundering my clothes. Ive frequented this location for years (since April 2010) and while it is true the prices have increased (hence the 4* rating) during that time, Ive never received anything but exceptional service.In fact, Joe, this will sound cheap but if the price to launder a shirt dropped to $.99, Id bring in a lot more shirts or at least more frequently...You might actually make more money!But, in all honesty guys and gals, if you have a problem with a stain, or the service, or a lost shirt try to be open minded and simply give Joe a call. Im certain he will do all he can to make it right.

Comment: The bad reviews surprise me. I am really tough on my clothes and it had been a while since I had worn a lot of the items that I brought in to prepare for a business meeting. At the counter I realized that there were many items that were stained. They got all of the stains out and that could not have been an easy task. Furthermore, I brought so many items in, I thought that maybe one had gotten left behind but they told me the ticket number of the package that the pants were in after reviewing the tape. I could have sworn I looked through everything twice but sure enough they were where they told me they would be. The people that work there are always very nice too.

But after so many issues especially customer service and missing clothes I looked around and chose to do the drive back to these guys. The owner saw me first visit and called me by my first name and said What an honor to see you again. No problems in my last 5 visits since, and I had to write this review after seeing they did not have all 5 stars. They deserve it!
