Their staff are friendly, very helpful and you only need to pay for your order when you pickup.Give Dutch Boy Cleaners a try for all your clothing cleaning needs.

Comment: I went to this Dutch Boy Cleaners since another location could not rush my items in time. The staff were very accommodating and allowed me to rush four items at once (which is usually not something cleaners do). I was told my order would be ready after 4:00 pm the next day and it ended up arriving closer to 6:00 pm. However, I would still give this location five stars because of their top notch communication. An employee contacted me in advance of my pickup time to explain why my clothes might arrive later than expected. They even offered to stay later that night so that they could give me my uniform before I need to wear it in the morning. My uniform came out nice overall.

Comment: The service was efficient and the cleaning appear to be superb at first glance. I like the way the new system is. Basically I brought my clothes in, the staff took and inventory, explained the new system to me, got my information and informed me when my clothes should be ready. The next day, I received a text informing meThat pickup was ready and gave me the price for service. Awesome support.

Comment: So I came on here ready to write a negative review based on their pricing. I originally thought their prices were ridiculously high even though they were calling themselves a premium dry cleaning service. I thought that dry cleaning is the same regardless where you go and that there was no reason why their prices should be higher than their local competitors. But wow I was wrong, their service is premium. There is definitely a noticeable difference on the way my clothes look when they do them as opposed to when their local competitors do them. I was pleasantly surprised!

Comment: Any and Jen at your location on FM 3009 are truly outstanding service professionals. I recently dropped off a load of clothes for dry cleaning after over 6 months of telework, and frankly a reduced need for dry cleaning services. They still remembered my name, and greeted my return! It impressed me that given our COVID-19 circumstances, these ladies still greet their customers by name and with a great attitude! They truly represent the epitome of customer service in today’s day and age. For the record, it’s on rare occasion that I take the time to provide customer service feedback.

Comment: I used to use a cheaper dry cleaner and the cleanliness and quality just wasnt there. After switching to Dutch Boy off 3009, the dry cleaning is impeccable! It does cost more but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend them. Jennifer knows us and knows exactly what we need.

Comment: Dutch Boy Cleaners did a great job on laundering my dress shirts. They all came back without issues. The only reason I took a star away is because I feel like they are a bit pricey compared to other Cleaners.
