Comment: My first experience with EcoClean was a good one! My fiancé needed his suit and dress shirt pressed before our wedding. Initially I went to the Freidrich lane location (which is where they send the clothes off to be cleaned, oops!) but they were able to assist me and process my clothes and were extremely friendly.When my fiancé went to pick up the clothes at EcoClean on South Lamar, the order was not ready when they said it would be. This was frustrating, but they apologized for the error, marked it as a rush job, and had the clothes ready by open the next day.The employee even called to apologize and tell me that they had credited our order for the inconvenience, which definitely made up for the aggravation.All in all they are a company full of friendly and pleasant people who do good work and go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. I will use them again!

Comment: Quality of service is 5/5. A little more on the expensive side. Turnaround time average to above average. I got a comforter dry cleaned that was dropped off on a Friday. Was told I would be getting it back by the next Wednesday which was perfectly fine. Did not receive until the next Tuesday. Apparently the driver dropping off my comforter tried to call for gate code to get in apt complex the previous week. I cannot answer my phone at work and usually don’t answer numbers I don’t have programmed anyways. I never received a voicemail or email so never knew this was a problem anyways. Rating 4/5 for lack of communication about situation.

Comment: Very nice employee. I took a coat in to get cigarette smoke smell out of it. Employee Explained their process, pricing, and guarantee terms. They had it finished sooner than promised. Odor was gone. They use no scented products and you can request no plastic covers.

Comment: I went in to get my wedding dress steamed before the big day, and the staff was so amazingly sweet and nice. they let me know to bring my dress by after my wedding for preservation treatment so it doesn’t yellow and walked my dress out to my truck. Super polite and friendly. I will definitely be back.

Comment: So I dropped off my clothes and I could t make it by the tile this location closed. I had a wedding the next day and so the owner worked it out to have another employee meet me there the next day so I could get everything. She went out of her way at 9pm at night and even gave me her personal number to make sure I was taken care of. Best experience in had at a dry cleaners. Will definitely keep my business here.

Kerstin made sure my order was taken care of and then some. I appreciate the service of meeting my expectations. Which was fine the only con was that I needed my shirts to be ready Monday and could not sue since they don’t clean on weekends. *bummer* worth a try though. Maybe another time I can try them out.

Comment: Love the cleaning process - earth and people friendly. Sometimes people worry when they see wet cleaning on their drop-off ticket. Their WET CLEANING PROCESS is actually better for your garments than dry cleaning. They can clean 99% of dry clean only garments and its safer for your body, your house, our community and our planet than the toxic chemicals from dry cleaning. Im so glad they are now in my hood.

Comment: I take my dry cleaning to EcoClean primarily because they do quality work and they have a location on South Lamar, which is a convenient stop for me on my way in to work.They arent the fastest (Ive learned that its better to drop off toward the beginning of the week than just before the weekend) but theyve never damaged my clothes, and because they dont use a lot (or usually any) starch, my shirts dont wreak of it.Despite the lack of starch, my shirts usually look freshly-pressed even after Ive worn them several times. Im not really sure how they do that, but Ill keep coming back.

Comment: I love EcoClean. Honestly, I wasnt really looking for a eco altenative. I just hated my dresses always smelling like someone sprayed a chemical on them to hide any odor. I never felt like they were really clean. So when I heard this one was a wet/dry type of cleaning, I decided to try it and was super impressed. At first I was just taking my clothes that I normally dry clean, but then started taking my husbands shirts because everything smells so nice and fresh. The prices are also very reasonable.

Comment: This really is a great place to have your clothes cleaned. Not only do your garments come back in like-new condition, but its obvious the employees take pride in their work. Ive been called multiple times with questions about different articles of clothing. Most of the time its something simple, but just the fact that theyre noticing and calling shows a level of attention not seen at most places around town. The turn around time is always pretty quick, as well. Add on top of that their environmentally friendly wet cleaning method and Im pretty sure this has got to be the best cleaners in town! I would, and do, recommend them to my friends.

Comment: It is nice to support a dry cleaners that does not use horribly toxic chemicals that are endemic to the dry cleaning industry. And EcoClean even has a system that allows you to skip the plastic bags. But better yet, EcoClean seems to bring a care and attention to my clothes that is far superior to any other dry cleaners I have ever used. The service is quick. The company does a good job putting friendly and interesting people behind the counter.
