Comment: They really went the extra mile for me! I had forgotten about a tie that was very sentimental. After 6 months, I finally remembered that I had never picked it up from them. Their policy is not to keep anything around that long, but the manager still had it in her storage and found it right away! And even got a stain out that may have been more than 10 years old. Would highly recommend.

Comment: Definitely our go to dry cleaners in Austin. The other stores in their chain is good to. Clean place and good staff. Their delivery time is faster and prices are good. Ill definitely recommend. This one is right next to Terra toys and there is able parking. They pack the dress well and cover it with plastic before delivery. They can find your order using your last name. They even have won some awards over the years, I saw it outside the store.

I cant stand the feel and chemically smell of traditionally dry-cleaned clothes, but Eco-clean uses a different process than most and I love the way my clothes feel and smell. Comment: Update 2/8/17: I dont have clothes dry cleaned very often, so Im not up to date on typical costs, but the price for getting two suits cleaned was just under $50, which seems *really* high to me, even considering their process is more expensive than traditional dry cleaning...just sayin...---Both employees I encountered at EcoClean were polite, helpful, and explained how they clean differently from traditional dry cleaners. Not using the typical chemicals is whats most important to me, so I love that EcoClean provides great service so convenient to where I live. Also, I had an unidentified stain on a satin dress and they got it out, so I was very pleased! Will definitely go back.

Comment: When I went in, the associate did a great job also explaining to me how they are different. It aligns exactly to what they say online. I dont go to the cleaners often. Maybe 2-3 times a year. I find it too expensive and would rather hand wash, use the delicate setting on my washer, or use those dry-cleaner sheets for my dryer. EcoClean was more expensive than my usual trip to Reids. But luckily i was given an estimate before hand so ended up not leaving 3 pieces as I was going to donate them & didnt want to invest any more $$$ in them.

Comment: I have not been a big fan of dry cleaning in the past - but I decided to give EcoClean a try because if its eco-friendly process. After several great results at different locations, I knew I had found my place. Then one day, I brought in one of my favorite silk tops by DVF and when I got it back, it was worse than when I dropped it off. The hem was undone and there were black stains on top of the stains I had brought in to be removed. It was a bright coral top and the color looked dull. My heart sank a bit, but I decided to leave the top and wait for the manager to call me about it. I really thought it was doomed.Then Kerstin called me and told me she would personally look into the situation. Over the next several weeks, she handled the situation and my garment with care...she had looked into the process of what could have caused the situation, and without spending too much time there, her focus was on making this a better outcome for me. She had my silk top re-hemmed and dry cleaned. She kept in contact with me every step of the way so I didnt have to keep calling and asking for a status update.The result...was amazing. I had no idea my silk top could look as good as it did. I was relieved and so grateful for the time and care that Kerstin put into my garment and my experience!! Thank you so much!!!

Comment: I have nothing but amazing things to say about EcoClean. I lent a yellow sundress to a friend and when it was returned to me, it was red wine stains ALL over it! Good thing she was a close friend, however, I wanted to find a way to make it wearable again. I had used EcoClean before but didnt think anyone would be able to remove these stains as she had already taken it to get dry cleaned else wear and it was essentially ruined. So glad I went back to EcoClean to see if they could work miracles to my lovely dress because they actually got rid of all the stains and made it look brand new! I will only use this company from now on as its both eco-friendly and their products work wonders :)

I dropped off two comforters with significant stains on them which I feared would not only be very expensive, but potentially unable to be cleaned. EcoClean had them spotless and good as new in a day and a half. Not to mention the cost was more than reasonable! Love them and so happy to call them my go-to neighborhood cleaners :)

Comment: Ive used EcoClean for 10+ years and will only use them for my clothes. Not only are they environmentally friendly, but your clothes are cleaner, do not smell like chemicals and last 3x longer than when using traditional cleaning services. My shirts dont get yellow and my buttons dont turn into dust. Excellent customer service and good prices - they even called me when they found a tear on my shirt. I do not live near a location, but I gladly drive out of my way to drop my clothes off.
