Comment: Awesome place! The facility is clean and new and takes debit/credit. You load up a card to use around the facility and you can pay with cash or debit to load it. They have a section where you can buy your own detergent or fabric softener with that card, similar to a vending machine. The machines are awesome. I went to wash some heavier bulky items and it only took 22 minutes and the machine was able to remove dirt, mud stains, and dog hair leaving everything smelling fresh and clean... amazing! I was also helped by an attendant there, and he was great, so helpful and detailed. I really appreciate everything this place offers.

However, I would not recommend their drop off washing and folding services. Clothes were clean, but...stacked? and shoved in a bag. The way the shirts were folded creates creases in the weirdst places - Ive never seen shirts folded like this. I had to refold at home, defeating the entire purpose of hiring this task out. I gave it a couple of chances, but the same result each time. Bummer!

The value and service are top notch. If you go during their promotion times, you can use a double load machine for just .99 a wash. That is unheard of just in general, but to have a facility that is also CLEAN and MAINTAINED REGULARLY makes it a special treat!They have staff in place which is so incredibly useful. They are the best part of the visit! Every person I have ever seen working there is constantly moving. They come up behind you when you are done with the washing machines to make sure they rinse them down. Before I even go to use a folding table, they make sure to spray them down. (Shoutout to Tara and Carey for their great, unwavering service!)I feel so comfortable using the facilities here and confident to its state of readiness when I come. Ive seen the place when it has been busy and when it is empty. The SERVICE and QUALITY do not waver in any situation. As a regularly, I see other regular customers and have even made friends with a few of them. It is such a great experience overall coming here!The few times people have left their clothes in the washer and were not present to move their clothes over, the attendants have always been mindful to take care of the laundry and remove the articles of clothing so the next customer can gain access. When it is busy, I do not have to stress, because the attendants are there making sure my needs are met and my inquiries are answered. They keep so much attention on the customers and the environment that I feel like I never have to stress about going.They use laundry cards here which are convenient. You get special little bonuses and promos such as an extra dollar added when you load $20 onto the card. There are such a wide variety of machines available for use as well all the way up to super large commercial size machines. There are tons of available dryers and lots of folding tables nicely spaced out and well organized. There are utility sinks available and public restrooms along with some snack and game machines. For a local laundromat that offers such great value, I am amazed at the service and care that is given. I am so appreciative of the value that the owner provides his customers with the discount times/days. Thank you so much for providing a great service and business to the local community of Conroe!

She explained everything, from start to finish, with a patient and positive attitude which was extremely refreshing. The negative reviews on here are due to people not reading the signs, not asking questions or due to their own negligence. My daughter spilled some soap on the ground and she was kind and understanding despite the mess that my children maid. I offered to help clean it and she would not allow me to making sure I could tend to my upset infant. The equipment was great too! The washers extra were efficient. Comment: Kerry was very helpful explaining how the machines work and he is as sweet as they come… the only reason I gave a 4 star rating is because of the claw machine in there… I was trying to get something for my grandson and tried it 2 times… both times the claw did not close all the way so it could not pick up anything… so it’s basically rigged so that people just lose their money and it’s sad because usually it’s kids trying to get the toys … so in essence they are taking money from kids and that’s not right.

The attendant who answered was so kind and helpful. I found the machines to be clean and in good repair. Both of the ladies who work there were quick to offer assistance to me, and show me the ropes. As I was struggling to fold my big comforter, one of the attendants came and assisted me. I was very appreciative. I would not hesitate to come here again, and I highly recommend this washateria!

One was constantly cleaning in between loads of clothes he was tasked with washing. Very clean place. I have a washer and dryer at home and I actually dont live in the area, I commute for work. But if ever I need a commercial sized washer and dryer laundry place Id go there again on my lunch break. They also have snack machines, clean bathrooms, and a sitting area with tables.

Comment: I’m not usually one to rate places but I had to rate and share my experience! I hate doing laundry.. i live in an apartment complex with a laundry unit with 2 small washers and dryers. I came here to mainly wash 3 comforter sets and sheet and do my regular weeks load of laundry. I was able to get what would have been 12 loads into 5 here! Was in and out in about a hour and half! (Includes folding clothes) A little on the pricey side but totally worth it because of the small amount of wait time for both washers and dryers. Super clean and friendly staff! Will be here again in the future

Comment: They have 99cent (small washers) on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 7am-3pm!!! 49cent small dryers for 10 mins or 69cents for the big dryers.Awesome deal if you don’t have much to wash or need to split colors washing.They even have a machine for washing rags specifically.they don’t have coin machines you have to convert ur money on to a card (they have a machine for you to do it) to do your washes which if you live in the local area is handy.The man working morning shift today was very kind, and made us feel welcomed.

I found a couple of places but Express Laundry Center stood out from the rest primarily for its clean facility, convenience of an on site attendant, and TVs.I definitely need to make mention of the friendly staff. I called ahead of time to see how things worked (if I needed quarters for the machines, the cost to wash, etc.). The gentlemen who assisted me over the phone was very friendly and informative. When I arrived at the laundromat the attendant was cleaning and kept the facility very tidy. The gentleman (didt get his name) assisted us in getting set-up and situated with the machines and provided excellent customer service.Patricia Plasse also assisted us and is the reason I am writing this review. She was so sweet, helpful and did a wonderful job in keeping the facility clean while we were there too.Great laundromat we were able to get in and out quickly with no hassle or fuss. I definitely want to put a spotlight on Patricia and share what wonderful assistance she provided, thank you.

Comment: We just moved to Conroe . I’ve tried washateria near my apartment. This is the nicest, best washer, and dryers . It is family owned and operated . The owner works here along with his wonderful son Elliott. He came over right away and showed me how to use the washing machines and dryers . These are high end commercial washer. They even have a stop option on the washers . I believe there are 80- 90 washers and 80 to 90 dryers . They range from single load up to ten load washers and dryers . Not to mention they have a grand opening sale that’s unbelievable!! They are charging one penny for the washers and $.49-$.69 for the dryers!!! They even have laundry soap and stuff for sale for just $.99. They even have laundry soap and stuff for sale for just $.99 I have a nice snack machine and drink machine with nice cold drinks and even have water fountains and the water actually taste good !!! The restrooms are so nice and clean !The workers are super helpful and even will help you carry your laundry in . They do close at 10 so you have to have your clothes in the washer before 9 PM . They even have a area where you can sit down at tables they have a lot of real nice carts for the laundry . The workers walk around helping people and constantly cleaning. I was even able to leave my laundry there ran down the street pick up something to eat and come back and my laundry was still there . The workers are real honest to one of them came over to me and handed me a five dollar bill that she had found in the washing machine That I had used .My fiancé is mentally challenged due to a bike accident, and they are kind and understanding and treat him with respect . They have made me a customer for life !!!

Erika met me at my car with a laundry basket because she saw I was struggling with my things. This place is super clean and the staff is friendly and helpful AND all of the machines are new. They even have a HUMUNGUS machine that holds 75lbs 😃. Express Laundry Center is now my new favorite place to wash!!! Oh and to my surprise all the machines were a penny .... $0.01 😆💕!!! Usually we go to this place by HEB on the north loop and Frazier but it’s quarter coin acceptable and these machines operate off of a laundry card without a fee. Comment: Took advantage of their penny promotion, all washers are only a penny, so I took every blanket and pillow I could find at home. I absolutely loved the place and environment.
