Comment: I took clothes to Feather Laundry that I had just gotten from another laundry service/dry cleaner which remained stained with both old stains and new stains (I know wth). Feather Laundry literally made it looks spotless. They truly deserve 5 stars. They managed to get what I think were oil spots on some very thin, delicate trousers. They removed spilled color stains that the other laundry service created. Highly recommend Feather Laundry. Will only go here from now on.

Comment: I was smoking a brisket on Sunday when I took it out the smoker some juices spilled on my pant leg and I threw in the wash when the stain didn’t come out I googled them and sure enough they were open on a Sunday !! Can you believe that!? Got beef fat on my favorite pair of khaki 501 Levi’s that I’ve had since high school ! They are life savers thank you guys !! Got my pants the next day starched up and creased as well!!

Comment: Great place! Customer service is amazing!! Lady at the counter was so helpful when I came in with my twin babies. She helped me carry my laundry out to my car. Everyone I interacted with made me feel like they were trying to help me as much as they could. They care about their customers. My dryer isn’t fixed yet so I will be using their service again!

Texts are sent when your laundry is ready but you already know it will only take a day until you need to be back in the store to get your items. Hours of operation are convenient for people working longer hours. Option for mobile service to pick up and drop off your clothes.

Comment: The service for washing was amazing! I had a stain ion my duvet and duvet insert. I was asked what detergent I preferred and was told it would be ready in a day. They were able to remove both stains with some bleach on the insert but it didn’t yellow the white at all. I would recommend this place for large was jobs!

Comment: I just got back from a trip and was overwhelmed with mountains of laundry and Im so glad I found Feather Laundry. I sent quite literally a hundred pounds of laundry out and a few days later it arrived back on my doorstep all nicely folded and tied in bags.The best part is the customer service. The form online is easy and quick and the manager, Sand, sends a confirmation message. Its so easy to to just text back with any questions and their service feels very personal, you are never talking to robots. They were super communicative the entire process and the driver carried everything up and down from my second floor apartment.The value for your money is very good and they dont upcharge every little thing. I will definitely continue to use their services for as long as I live in the area!

Comment: If you are from the Dallas area, please give this place your business.I was in Dallas for a bachelorette trip this weekend and I lost my wallet! We searched everywhere we could think of and had no luck. I luckily didn’t have cash in my wallet but I had all of my cards, ID and some sentimental items in it. About 2 hours later I got a call from a random number and I decided to answer it. It was a guy who worked for this company and he said he was on a route when he found my wallet. He assured me that nothing was missing and he told me he would leave it at the store if I wanted to come by to grab it. Praise the Lord there’s still good people left in this scary world. 🤍

Comment: The only good thing that came out of Covid for me was discovering Feather Laundry! Sand, the owner, and the other staff members are professional, helpful and friendly. They pick up on the day you call and return it the next afternoon. You can select which pieces are to be washed in hot, warm or cold water, and if you want bleach or not. You can also select all kinds of laundry detergent, softener, scented or not and they press if requested. They will fold and/or hang on hangers or hang to dry. I was so uncomfortable going to the laundromat (when one was open) during Covid, and I was delighted to learn about Feather Laundry because they truly take care of the customers and their laundry. I’m hooked!

In addition, using our detergent so that we dont have to use name brand stuff was a free custom feature we loved. I took my clothes and received the upmost service and satisfaction. Parking is a bit tight however there is a alley you can park in next to the Sonics
