Comment: To begin, Ill mention how Ive always loved the convenience of SpinXpress 24 hour laundromat services and being able to go in at 1-3am, after a night of closing a restaurant. Then, COVID hit which adjusted their hours but didnt stop their great service when open. Recently, I sold my vehicle and the laundry started piling up with no comfortable method to transport my familys dirty clothes. Discovering the FRESH service from SpinXpress was beyond amazing, Ive tried the drop off and pick up at another place which weighed it and charged by pound ON TOP of their base fee and it was more on the ridiculous than convenient side of things. I appreciate how SpinXpress does their method of service. The one-time fee of the size of bag, Large (4-6 loads) was 12 and Medium (2-4) was 8 dollars. IF IT FITS, IT SHIPS... into the washer that is. Whatever you can fit in your bag is accepted or the difference is refunded/asked to bill. FIRST TIME USERS get $25 credit on app... What wouldve been a sold $30-35 regular service or at least three large washers and dryers on site $20-27 was only SEVEN FREAKIN DOLLARS! I didnt even mention how polite the pick up/delivery driver was and patient with a first timer. They have more features and options for bags, soap, folding, hanging, etc.... but I just needed clean panties and fresh socks for now. They picked up at 2pm, and dropped off by 11am the next day. SUPERB CONVENIENCE!

Comment: Wonderful service. Perfect for a busy business trip or vacation. They picked up my dirty laundry and returned it smelling fresh and folded. I will certainly use this service for the rest of my stay and I can not recommend it enough!

Comment: The only reason I could not give 5 stars is because of tardiness. Ive selected the pickup/delivery windows offered but they are usually hours late but will come on t he date selected. Aside from that, the cost is reasonable, clothes are always nicely cleaned and pickup/delivery staff are friendly. If you dont mind tardiness, I totally recommend this laundry service.

Comment: Ive been using Fresh for a few months now and it has changed my life. I can set everything through the app, and then put my laundry on my porch, then the next day the laundry is back, clean and hung up/folded! Its like having a real life laundry fairy 😂.I had moved from a house with a full sized washer and dryer to a second floor apartment with no connections for laundry. I have a tiny portable washer, but when I have big loads (anything more than a couple of pieces) I would have to lug my clothes downstairs, go to the packed (during COVID, ew!) Laundromat, load a card and then wait for my laundry, and then lug it back upstairs. I work long hours and have a toddler. Thats a lot of extra work, and Fresh has literally taken all of that stress off my shoulders!Keep it up Fresh! ❤️

Comment: Excellent customer, high quality and responsible people. Im EMT and my schedule is exhausting and the last thing I want to do is CLOTHES when I get home. My uniforms, clothing and kids clothing shows fresh and new like I just bought it at the store EVERYTIME! The clothing is hung neatly and beautifully on hangers and whatever cant go on a hanger is perfectly folded and tied adorably with a beautiful bow. When we open up the bags to put things away it seriously feels like Christmas morning. If you want to take some stress and worry out of your life and get some much needed extra sleep, get setup with SpinXpress people, Ive been able to add an extra 24 hours plus of freedom and sleep to my home life!Thank you guys!

Comment: We have used Fresh for our laundry needs for a couple of months. The app is wonderfully simple to use. They always pick up and deliver our laundry at the times we schedule. Our laundry comes back perfectly folded and hung on hangers. They even bundle the folded laundry with ribbons and a little bow on top! I love it...little presents of clean/folded clothes :) The staff is always so helpful and friendly. We even left some personal belongings in the pocket on accident...we called, they located the items and included them in an envelope with our returned laundry! The prices are so reasonable that it isnt a major strain to afford this wonderful service! I got rid of my washer/dryer and repurposed that room for a wonderful pantry! In a nutshell, SpinXpress is reliable, trustworthy, inexpensive, with terrific service and presentation! I cant imagine not having them!

Comment: The location on general McMullen did an excellent job with my clothes they always do a picture perfect job every time that they do my clothes I never have to worry or complain about any services that theyve done with my laundry since Ive used them for about 6 months now I really really really am a fan of the general McMullen location and the staff that works there is very polite and nice and very thoughtful and always and always using great customer service
