I just picked up my previously stained long dressy gown and it looks brand new, literally overnight. i dropped by (first time here) 6pm Fri/yesterday with a gown I must wear tmrw to a BlackTie event. Omar not only accommodated me, he gave me a significant discount! He knew I had driven 30 mins to an in-house dry cleaners with top online reviews...all in hopes of a 24 hr turn-a-round. Mission accomplished @ GOOD CLEANERS on Clay Rd @ Barker Cypress Rd!

Comment: I was a first time customer and took two scrub uniform pants to be altered on a Saturday. I called Thursday around 12 noon and was told they would be reafy after 5p. The measurement length was perfect, but the only thing missing was the side slits on the bottom hems. Not only did Omar apologize for the oversight, but he also had it fixed the same day since I needed them the next day. Great impression for a first time customer and they have my loyalty now! Will be back soon!

My wife’s dresses & sweaters come out great. If I have any concerns, the owners are very respectful and considerate. I haven’t had any complaints or bad results with my clothes.

Called this morning needed a dress steamed he said bring it over we can do it I asked how long cause I was headed out of town he replied it takes 5 minutes I then asked how much he replied Oh, I won’t charge you. Walked in lady in front was PLEASANT. smells AMAZING in the place . I ALWAYS had a last minute issue with alterations, dry cleaning etc…. They always accommodated us and we were loyal to them. It’s great to have great businesses to deal with.

Comment: First off I want to clear something up!!! I read a review that this place had no customer service that couldn’t be further from the truth!! I walked in Monday 11/7 at 6pm with my wedding dress that I needed 11/12 cause it was way to big on the top. The young lady whom I still have yet to ask her name lol (sorry wedding stress) and Annie got to work right away. My dress was done today Thursday 11/10 and might I add looked perfect that I almost cried. The young lady remembered I wanted to add a jewelry belt to my dress. This right here the little things are what makes me want to go back. Everyone has been so sweet and always has a smile on their face. I can tell the atmosphere is a great place as all the workers are very happy and welling to go above and beyond. They don’t know but now have a customer for life. You all made a stressful bride have one less worry and I promise I will be bring by something special for you all this holiday season. Thank you all so so very much.
