Comment: Nijoel and team provided excellent service in correcting a dry cleaning mishap with one of my blazers. How a dry cleaning business handles damages and corrects the issues for a customer are factors that help them stand out from their competitors. Customer service and treatment of the issue was professional all the way through with Nijoel and the Hamper team. I had my doubts on if my blazer could be fixed, but they assured me they could correct their mishap. Hamper backed up their claims and was able to fully restore the blazer back to a pristine condition. Excellent job and thank you again, Nijoel and the Hamper team!-Ken

Comment: What a great company!!! Not only is it a GENIUS business idea, especially during these times, but the customer service & quality of their work is phenomenal. I am not one to usually write reviews, but I absolutely LOVED my experience with Hamper this week. I was looking on Yelp for nearby alteration shops for me & my husbands jeans that both had a hole in them & stumbled upon Hamper. I clicked the request quote button on their page & within literally minutes, the owner personally messaged me with helpful answers & price estimates for our clothing items. They were super reasonably priced & definitely comparable to other quotes I was receiving from nearby local alteration stores, BUT Hamper picks up & then delivers the clothes to you making it totally hassle free. Nijoel & Jacob had excellent customer service & communication. We dont use dry cleaners very often, but whenever we need to next, we will for sure be using Hamper!!! Thank you for your work!

Comment: I used Hamper to clean 8 drapes that were damaged by water, dirt and grime. They informed me although I am not on their regular route, an exception was made for me. They picked up the drapes, dry cleaned them and brought them back in perfect condition. Whatever they use on drapes, it makes them smell wonderful. I am using them again today because I have 3 more drapes that have been damaged from the remodeling of my home. I have never used a dry cleaning service of this type before but, I am so glad I found Hamper. Thank you for doing a wonderful job!

Comment: Hamper is awesome! I remember the old days when Id have to drive through rush hour traffic to either drop off or pick up laundry from a brick & mortar store. Hamper does all that for you, and picks up / drops off to the location most convenient for you (whether thats your house or office).Nijoel is really friendly and always engages in some small talk when picking up or dropping off clothes, and Safir is really thoughtful and detail-oriented as well. I know this company will continue to grow and serve more and more customers at this rate.

Very hard working people. I was looking for a dry cleaning door delivery service when i first moved to Houston,TX. I found Hamper app. Probably they are in their early days of establishment setup. I met with Nijoel for my first scheduled pickup. Great guy. I saw them grow in business wise, very happy for these guys. They make everything so easy & convenient: all I had to do was drop my clothes off at a kiosk in my building and they took care of the rest. It was VERY affordable as well. Comment: I had my first Hamper experience and it made dry cleaning so easy. I never can go to the dry cleaners because they usually close at 5pm and it doesn’t fit with my work schedule, but someone told me about Hamper and I love it! They have time frames that are more work friendly (6-8pm) and your driver will text you when they are on their way. You can also pick and choose dates and times when you want them to pick up. Nijoel my driver who delivered my dry cleaning to me was so flexible. It was Halloween and I was at my friend’s house, and he texted saying he was on his way. I gave him a new address, a few minutes down the street and he gracefully said no problem at all and delivered it to me making my life so much easier (Thanks Nijoel)! Highly recommend this service!

Comment: I love having this service in Houston. Hamper will come and up pick up and drop off your clothes right to your front door. The cleaning service is very clean and professional and my clothes come back looking better than when I bought them. I will definitely keep using them. My Hamper Runner Nijoel promptly texts me when he is on his way to pick up and drop off as a courtesy. He also delivers each set of clothes with a smile :)

Never having to leave my home is a plus, and they work around my schedule and are flexible if things come up (traffic, emergencies, etc). I truly enjoy seeing Nijoel anytime he picks up my order. My king down comforter always comes back perfectly white, stains always removed, and looking (and smelling!) like new.

Comment: I cannot rave about Hampers service enough! Im a consultant so I come to Houston weekly. They pick up my dry cleaning from my hotel before the weekend and deliver it back to whichever hotel Im staying at when I get back. Thats outstanding service. Nijoel is the one who picks up and delivers my order and he is one of the kindest gentlemen Ive ever met. To top it off, Hamper does an excellent job cleaning and pressing all my items. Ill never use anyone else while in Houston!
