Comment: J’s Cleaners has been absolutely fantastic to work with!! They come and pickup the laundry and they deliver it the next day for us. Our clothes are always well folded when we receive them. I have used many other companies while in Dallas for work and none of them have been close to the customer service as Js provides us.

Comment: J’s is the best place in Dallas to get formal dresses tailored! I brought in a pleated gown that would have been difficult for most tailors to hem, but the ladies at J’s gave me exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend!

Comment: I needed to get my suit cleaned due to a family funeral and I had taken it to another cleaner and had the person that picks up the clothes come earlier then expected. So it nearly ruin my chances of getting it cleaned for the services that would happen in less than 2 days. However, Js Tailor friendly staff at the front desk was able to assist me in getting it cleaned the same day and would have it done by 5:30pm. Sure enough the suit was ready and the additional items i had brought at the schedule time. Since its down the street from my job, i dont have to wait until the dry cleaner opens as the early hours helps me to be able to go into work on time and pickup when i get off of work. Would highly recommend this place for those that work downtown or need something clean that same day.

I have severe skin allergies and never had a reaction to their solution nor have my garments ever had a chemical order.I had three top priorities while I researching a top cleaners: 1) Environmentally conscious 2) Committed to chemical free and healthy products, and 3)Expert care with high-end and luxury garments.J’s exceeded my expectations. Not only have they taken great care with my apparel, I have entrusted them them knits valued over several thousands of dollars. They are meticulous with care and the little details like protections buttons, pearls, sippers, and they neat manner in which the hang your clothes is differentiated from the others. They have picked up and delivered on time and even offer a same day service. Their cost are more than reasonable, never questioned my invoice.I’m concerned because I have now moved out of their coverage area and I’m confident I will never find another service I trust like J’s.Thank you J’s I will miss you dearly!

Comment: My favorite dry cleaners in Dallas and I think I’ve tried them all! I haven’t done tailoring yet, but will. The quality is top notch and they excel in customer delivery.William and Selena were especially helpful when I had frustrations with my previous cleaner.The night drop off is a huge bonus, as well as next-day cleaning; something very important for someone with a hectic work schedule.

Comment: Visiting from out of town for business with an extended stay at a hotel with no laundry service due to COVID presents a challenge. Local small businesses are a must support and was super happy to find Js where I could drop off and pickup during my stay. There was one issue on one of my many drops/pickups and David provided exceptional customer service, including finding my buttons I forgot to take off my brand new suits. Highly recommend!!

Comment: This is hands down, without a doubt, the best place around. They have same day service for dry cleaning as well as was and fold. They drop off to you. They are super competent. They are affordable. The service is fantastic. Whether you are a resident in the area or staying the nearby hotels, this place is fantastic. You could carry one change of clothes in your backpack and stay at the local hotel for the entire week for business and have fresh, clean, pressed clothes delivered every day. Fantastic service.

Anytime I want to “refresh” an article of clothing in my wardrobe, they bring it back to life by making it look brand new and totally different. They cared so much about my happiness and satisfaction I was really shocked. I’ve never been treated so well and respected and they even sewed my small stitching up for my belt loop that was already falling. Not to mention it’s so beautiful and professional.
