Comment: I live about 15mins away from this facility and have used this place twice, and as of right now, its my go-to laundry mat. The five stars is because of the cleanliness of the facility, the hardwork I have seen the employees put forth to maintaining upkeep, and the machines power (washers and dryers).I needed to wash some heavy blankets for incoming guests and this was the only one I could find with decent ratings in the area. The place is pretty immaculate. I dont know how old this place is, but kudos to the employees for maintaining this places cleanliness.The first time I went, the woman working was going up one row, literally washing the interior dispenser and exterior of the washers. You can see that in one of the pictures I took. After cleaning those, I noticed her sweeping...and sweeping, and wiping things down, and taking out trash... I mean....she was constantly cleaning.The first time there, I found the cost of the washers to be pretty expensive, but holy moly .... talk about heavy duty industrial power! I had four very heavy blankets to wash and in the biggest machine onsite (I think 7.50 cost?) I was able to fit two blankets and STILL had space in there to fit another (but I didnt). AMAZING!! I have never been to a facility with that big of a washer capacity! I thought the dryers would rob me because usually youre spending close to $3-$5 to get things fully dry because the machines are weak and theyre robbing you. That was NOT the case here. I put each heavy blanket in its own dryer (0.25/10 minutes) and invested 50cents in each of them as a starter. To my utter surprise, three of the heavy blankets were already near complete drying at about 9min in. PLEASANTLY SHOCKED!! The 4th one that wasnt fully dried like the others was only because it was the biggest and thickest of the four. I ended up NOT being robbed with the dryers and really left being impressed at how great the machines operate. I returned a second time with party linens and was not disappointed with how clean everything was and how quickly they all dried.There are different load machines available ($2, $3, $4 were the others I noticed) and they are plentiful, along with the dryers. The restroom is clean and I used that for washing my hands. I have seen someone actually use the massage chair onsite, so I guess its operating and good. Plenty of laundry carts onsite and they are all placed in orderly fashion, with the employee rounding them up and putting them away. The only thing I dont like is their sign warning use at own risk. I hope that is so stated only because theyre confident in their machines, but at the same time ... if I invest $7 to a washer and it doesnt work -- I will be pretty irritated 🤓 Other than that .... the place is legitimately good and I will bring any big items here because of the capacity, cleanliness, and capabilit

Comment: Location is VERY Clean and the staff are friendly helpful. There are plenty of coin machines, rolling carts, a restroom, vending machines, free wifi, and supplies to purchase. There are different size front loading washers with varying prices. The staffer there was constantly cleaning and disinfecting everything. The washers and dryers were clean, no rust or mildew smells and washed my clothes well.
