Literally.I had 3 suits which needed altering for a wedding.. with a 5-day notice.*Not* just hemming, or taking in the waist, but tapering of the pants, taking in the sides of the jackets, sleeve length reduction, etc. These were major alterions - had lost 35 lbs.Of all three suits.Due to several conditions, I was unable to meet with Joe until two days before the wedding. However, he went out of his way to make sure they were done 2 days later, immediately after store opening. My anxiety was through the roof (the ridiculously quick notice itself did that, alone). But Joe assured me, and reassured me, several times. And came through, as promised.I have gone to Lapels for years (and Ive tried many others, for regular dry cleaning as well)... Nope. I will only go tbere, even before all this. And Im very lucky I did.The suits all fit immaculately, and comfortably, and I got tons of compliments (which are not my favorite, but they were more than enough to instill / confirm confidence in the fit and look of my suit.Apologies for the novel. But, if you are undecided on where to go, or which cleaners to drop of your shirts – Lapels.You wont lose any buttons..

Comment: I came in Wednesday morning to alter my pants and dry clean my shirt for my early Saturday morning graduation. The staff were so kind and patient and made sure I had great service. Friday when I went to pick it up, they had my shirt perfectly cleaned, but they didnt have my pants yet from the seamstress. So, one of the main ladies there (I would guess?) told me she would 100% make sure she would get it to me before Saturday. After the place closed, she went to the seamstress, got my pants, and called me at 10 pm to deliver the pants to me herself! Such great dedication and amazing service, not to mention the quality of the work was amazing. 100% recommend this place to everyone!

Comment: I had to drop off a few pair of work pants last minute, on a Saturday and this was the only place that welcomed me with no problem. She even waited 30 minutes for me to drive there and pressed my pants same day (very uncommon). It was already after 1pm and I needed them done by Sunday to head out of town for Monday. Now, thats what you call superb service!!!! Very impressed and pants were pressed in less than 1 hour. I am a very appreciative customer and will be back. The only cleaners in town that went above and beyond to help me. Very professional. Thank you!
