Comment: I’m so happy that I was able to find Firehouse Laundry services! We had to get approx 20 table clothes laundered, and the dry cleaners were super expensive!! I called Firehouse and they were great at communicating to understand my needs, and very reasonably priced!! They picked up and dropped off the laundry. Great quality, great value and very professional business!! We will be working with them again!!

Comment: Reagan and Tyler and the whole staff at firehouse were on top of it and very responsive! I called On Friday at 3pm and Regan came and picked up and I had everything back by Saturday 11:30am! Very professional and would recommend them every time!

Comment: Customer service and professionalism at its finest you won’t be disappointed! First time using a wash and fold service. I had a very large order as I needed to get caught up after a move that took longer than expected. Let me say I am very particular about our laundry so this was a big deal to let someone else take care of it. Process was seamless and Reagan answered all questions and personally kept me in the loop about details. My husband and I were speechless when we saw how everything was folded so nice and even the shirts were on hangers not to mention smelling good. Exceeded all expectations! Definitely have a customer for life!

Comment: My family and I were in the process of moving from Houston to Frisco. We found out our washer and dryer had a delay in delivery, which meant we needed to find something to wash our clothes. I googled and found a stellar company! Reagan was so kind and personable with what Firehouse laundry does.First load was great and once I arrived I noticed we had 2 more bags, but it was easy to get another pick and delivery submitted!I am so appreciative of this entire team and also a great welcome to Frisco. I give this place 20 stars if I could!

Comment: This is the best kept secret in town. I moved my son to Dallas, we needed a service as his furniture etc had not arrived. I picked Firehouse because there adverts said next day. When I called i was lucky enough to get Reagan on the phone, who was out doing pick ups. My son had AT LEAST 40 lbs of laundry, including polo shirts, pants, you name it. Reagan talked to me, had it picked up SAME DAY, and beautifully delivered the next day. I cant express enough the care, the beautiful job they did, and talk about a deal. With rising prices for water, electricity, detergent, this is the only way to go. If youre an apartment manager, sign up your residents with these guys. Its the best amenity and service ever. And they are REAL fire fighters. Id give them 10 stars.

Comment: WOW! Firehouse Laundry Room in the McKinney, TX area is the best wash and fold laundry service I have ever used! After not much luck with other services I was a little reluctant to give it a try, but I am so happy that I did. Their service is a great value, quick pick up and delivery, and it saves me a lot of time on my days off. Also love the fact this is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran-owned business. 5 Stars all the way!
