Comment: First time here. Can say love the whole app its a huge plus for me. Washing machines did their jobs. Their dryers need work had it on high for 30min and clothes were still moist avoid dryer 101/103/105 those were the 3 I used. Do wish they sold some more items in the vending machines had forgotten my fabric softener and all they had was small detergent in the machines and for snacks a solo bag of Fritos lol. Chill spot either way to come do laundry. Other than one employee who kept arguing with another one about how she cleaned the machines last night a little too loud.

Everyone was working & polite, all of the washers were in outstanding condition, & impeccably clean Gracias a yeral, Lily & also the little skinny young man walking around keeping up with everything he was also very nice.I also enjoyed how this washateria allows you to use cash🤑 you just dont have to have the mobile app or card big plus and the bathrooms were also clean 👍I enjoyed how this location, actually had employees here that can tend to our every need I also enjoyed the sink over in the other corner where we can sit there and wash our hands and pre-treat some of our clothes 😁 I also appreciate how all of your employees were very knowledgeable of how to operate and correct any mistakes immediately with no problem that to me is outstanding and wonderful customer service ‼️‼️

A lot of the customers you can tell are regulars and it’s not surprising. My most recent time going in to wash they were passing out snowcones and the vibe there felt like family. Lily who I think is the manager was very warm and sweet offering us snowcones.. keep doing what y’all are doing.

I was dreading it due to not so great experiences in the past at other laundromats. Found this gem 💎 right here in my own neighborhood.I was impressed from the time I drove up. Spacious, well lit parking lot. Theres sliding doors, so no struggle trying to get you & your laundry through the door. Plenty of rolling carts available. Very, very clean....from the machines to the restrooms to the entire facility itself. Hand sanitizing stations readily available. Noticed workers continuously cleaning the machines and floors.Staff is so nice, professional, and happy to help. There are coin changers and theres an app called Huebsch that lets you pay for & operate the washers & dryers from your phone. You can add funds to your account with either cash or debit/credit card. How cool & high tech is that? On the day I was there, David was working. He walked me through the whole process of downloading the app, adding funds, and how to use it. He was so friendly and patient. I cant say enough good things about him. Please check out this place. You wont regret it!

Comment: For the most part Laundry-4U is a clean place with most of their machines in working order. The staff is always friendly and the prices are reasonable. It is a little crowded on a weekend afternoon.

Comment: I came to wash tuesday of last week 12/15/2020 at 7pm I had 2 carts both of them had my baskets inside them and the ladys name was Sandra i saw her tag she took away both carts and took out my baskets and told me rudely that other people needed them and i told her i am using them that my clothes was already done washing she did not care and went ahead and took them. Overall i like the washateria because is very clean when 2 other employees i like are here i am not coming if i see her here she is very rude.

It’s clean, with new and clean machines that work wonderful, low prices, it’s open 24/7, ac works great, and the girl that was in charge today was very very nice and helpful, she welcomed me when I walked in she also offered me a water and a ziploc bag for my change.... she also did a great job by wiping & disinfecting all the machines after being used. I once came to this place like 2 years ago when and it was terrible I think it was owned by someone else & I always had to drive so far to a good place to wash but now I’m so thankful everything here has changed, now I don’t have to drive so far to wash. I couldn’t stop bragging to my husband about how great this place turn out to be.

Comment: The nighttime attendant noticed me struggling with my laundry and came outside and brought me a cart. She continued to clean and work even though it was super late at night. The washer and dryers are super clean and new.Theres a change machine and the huebsch washer/dryers also have an app which you can use to pay directly from your phone. Even as I type this the attendant, Lily, handed me a complementary bottle of water. 😭🥰

Comment: Great place! Brand new washers and dryers! Everything is mobile. I used the biggest one possible and only took 30 minutes. Was very good price as well. Great customer service. Gave laundry detergent and water, very friendly! Roxanna even helped me fold my blankets!Washers 10/10Dryers 10/10Service 10/10Overall 10/10Will definitely be coming back!
