Comment: I started coming to this place about 4 months ago when I moved to the area and the house I moved to had no washer and dryer connections. The laundry establishment is very clean, modern, and overall nice. The place is well kept, employees are wonderful. You can pay with quarters or even on an app, which makes it so much more convenient. I come her weekly and have a great experience every time. They have tables for you to sit, they have a well stocked snack machine. Charging station for you devices. I really enjoy coming here! Very recommended!

Comment: I never usually write reviews, but I had to write one for the location on veterans memorial. I have been coming to this location for about 5mons now and i am horriable with names but the Amazing lady that works that i know of Thursday nites and i believe Friday nites. Anyways she is hands down the most professional and polite Attendant that i have met. She always has a very welcoming demeanor about herself and is always keeping the place so neat. My husband doesn’t usually like me going late so the couple of times he came she made him feel safe enough to allow me to come alone, because she keeps the doors locked at nite and never gets upset that she has to unlock the door for anyone. I never feel unsafe when im there and she is just an amazing customer service attendant. I Also got the pleasure to meet the Manager this past weekend and i was the last one there drying clothes and the conversation we had was definitely one i wont forget she is also so very welcoming and very nice to talk to she is a great woman and i wish both ladys the very best

Comment: This is the cleanest laundromat I have ever been to in my life. My washer went out and I had to find a quick place at an odd hour. The lady named Lupe was so kind! She was cleaning the whole time I was there. After midnight you have to ring a bell to be let in and that was a big plus for me having gone by myself, because people are just not right in the head anymore! If youre needing a clean friendly place to wash your clothes, you wont be disappointed heading here.

Comment: Nice place to do laundry except one time I ran somewhere after putting my clothes in the dryer came back and my clothes were gone owners checked the camera a homeless person stole my clothes as long as you keep guard over your clothes other then that its cool weekends are very busy one time I went on a Saturday around 3 or 4 there was absolutely no dryers available it was so busy but it very convenient that they are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week

Comment: Nothing is ever perfect but about 80 percent of the staff is great. Some are not educated enough but its on its a learning curve. Yes not the cleanest but when customers do what ever and leave dryer sheets every where and not pick up after themselves or their kids. Yes late night is always a little different than day time but I never feel unsafe . Great place . Even though one time when the app was down was told to wait and that they would cive a credit for inconvenience and never recieved that was a little disappointing but not the location fault was the people he was on the phone with helping get the app working

This place is a gem, I have never had any bad experiences or anything weird happen like I have other laundromats. 😂 the only minor complaint I have is that sometimes it is pretty warm in there but the lady that works there will usually fix that pretty quick. Will definitely keep using this place!

Comment: I was looking for a 24hr washateria many months back and this one just opened up. I got their late in the evening on the grand opening and got to meet the owner (David). Been a loyal customer since then. Its worth the trip and the place is well maintained by a great staff, I encourage everyone to stop by at least once you will not be disappointed and get the app to it makes washing clothes so much easier and the staff is quick to help and if need be refund your money asap. And it will be even better when this covid is over with so they can put the leather sofas back so you can sit and watch TV, they have several TVs to choose from, the staff will put it on what ever channel you want or a movie or music videos, they even got a special place for the kids too. Hope to meet you one day. (Get the App you get 10% back to use on drying or washing everytime you load money)

Comment: Went here since my usual 24 hr place was closing at 12am because of covid. i called first to confirm they were open, the guy who i spoke to was very nice and told me yes they were open 24hrs a day. even tho it was outta my way i headed over. the same guy explain how things worked there that you could pay with a card or quarters. they had lots of machines all different sizes and it was very clean inside. the restrooms very also very clean.

Comment: I been to a laundry when you need to give quarters and then I been to another one where you load up a card in order to us the machines but this place is awesome!!!. You just have to have the download the app and your able to put $$ and use the machines. So convenient because you dont have to carry quarters or remember where you left that loading card. This place is also very nice and clean. They have nice sofas to sit on instead of those hard plastic chairs. My wife loved this place. Once you download the app you can load cash via credit/debit card or you can use their cash machine to add value to the app. Then you just scan your machine and press start. No loose quarters, no card to remember to bring. Ive never been so excited to tell someone about washing clothes. The place is super clean and the night attendant Daniel was amazing. He walked me through the process and informed me on how to use the app even offered me water while I waited.O, you also get a credit on your app for half of your laundry cost that you can use immediately. So I paid $7.00 to wash my comforters. I got $3.50 credit in rewards that I used to dry. I usually spend around $15.00 to wash and dry my comforters and sheets but its looking like I may spend under $10.00.

Comment: Just wanted to give a review for u guys I came in to do my laundry the other day and it was a great experience, I was greeted when I first came in by a very sweet lady she explained to me how everything worked I didnt join the app because at the time I was having issues with my phone I just used.the old fashion way quarters but I will be using this laundry from now on and will join the app next time I visit. Great customer service, clean and comfortable atmosphere made the wash day actually enjoyable noticed that the employee was constantly cleaning so that makes me feel good who wants to wash ur clothes in a dirty laundry mat. To the owner of the facility keep it up and the employee that was there that day well actually it were two ladys there they were very friendly and made sure all that our needs as customers were taken care of. SO to your business and especially the friendliest customer service atmosphere Ive experienced in a long time.
