Comment: Kind of pricey, but worth it. Place and machines are kept clean, staffed at all times, plenty of carts, and vagrants and troublemakers arent welcome. Other nearby laundromats have alot of vagrants and druggies hanging around, and have an overall sketchy feel. Im comfortable coming here at any time, instead of being fearful to go in the evening like some places.

Comment: Clean facility, equipment, and bathroom. Plenty of carts, folding counters, and machines as well as adequate space in between. Anything one might forget offered for sale at a reasonable markup for convenience, given that the facility shares a parking lot with Big Lots which abuts H‑E‑B, so a quick trip across the way is another option.The attendant, Vanessa, was patient, helpful, and friendly. I hadn’t been to a laundry mat in a long time, and a lot has changed, so I had questions and caused a user error code, but I never sensed even a hint of irritation or impatience when I called for her.. yet again.My only complaint is that the laundry card machine wouldn’t let me add less than $10 when I wanted to reload it, after realizing I might need one more dryer tumble @ $1.75 but only had 50 cents remaining. Rather than add another $10 I took that load home to finish drying. But I have that luxury. I think of those who can’t do so, and get stuck adding $10, when they probably need that money to go elsewhere that week, and it irritates me that it is set up that way. There should at least be a $5 increment option if not single dollar.

Comment: Very nice place! The attendant, I didn’t get her name, was super helpful as I wasn’t sure at first how to use the card kiosk and she explained everything to me, even how to use the washers, and gave me a heads up on the “last call” for using the facility an hour before closing.

The Laundry House is just absolutely beautiful!!!! It is spotless, so many extras to choose from in your customer care center. It has tables and chairs in an area with vending machines to relax and do homework, eat, etc., wow. The comfortable chairs, the charging stations. The washing machines and dryers are amazing. The laundry facility is coinless, so it makes it so much more convenient. I absolutely love this place. 💜

The young lady that works in the Morning is very, very nice, good customer service, very friendly, very helpful, personable and informative. I will be a regular customer . Comment: The cleanest laundromat I have ever been to! Even the bathrooms in the back are clean! The facility is spacious, air conditioned, and well maintained. There are working snack/soda machines & a wifi/charging station. There is at least 1 staff member there everytime Ive been, and they are always super helpful if you have any questions. Large size dryers and different size washers, from smaller loads to larger loads. The only thing I found confusing was using the reloadable laundry card instead of quarters, but easy enough once one of the staff ladies explained it to me 😊

Comment: I am in town on business and the laundry facility at the hotel I am staying at is not working, so I decided to use the drop off service at this location. I dropped off my clothes at around 1pm and told Edward that I could get them the next day, as he was extremely busy. He assured me that they would be done later that day. A couple hours later, Edward called and let me know my clothes were ready to be picked up. Edward went above and beyond what he had to do, and his customer service was top notch. I will be in the hotel for another month and a half, and will definitely use them again.

Staff is kind and helpful. When I have the money I love to use their full service. It makes putting laundry away so much easier when its washed, sorted and folded already.

Comment: I generally don’t take the time to leave reviews, but the experience I had at this laundry facility really stood out to me. I’m staying in Texas from out of town, and the laundry my hotel offered was not cutting it. Another occupant of the hotel told me about the laundry house and recommended it since it is very close to the hotel. The facility is very clean, you can tell that the workers really take care of the the place. There’s not dust bunnies and used dryer sheets all over the floor. The machines did kind of confuse me at first, they are coin-less machines and require a laundry card that the facility provides to operate them. The lady who explained how to load the card and use the machines was very sweet and made me feel less embarrassed for getting confused and having to ask how to operate them.I was a little confused by the different sizes/prices for the different washers/dryers, it might be helpful if they had them clearly labeled or explained somewhere, but I do believe this could be more a fault of my own since I don’t use laundromats very often. It is a little pricey, but I think the cleanliness, quality, and customer service make up for it (: definitely happy to have found such a nice laundromat while staying in town.
