Comment: I am sooo unbelievably happy with this service. We used it for the first time and the washing came back all neatly folded in bags and hung up on hangers. And the best part? The washing smells soooo good!!! I am almost disappointed I didnt give my whole suitcase full with my clothes :-)I am very picky when it comes to washing my clothes and I feel so comfortable with this service. Luckily they make photos of the drop off as our hotel wrongly labelled the washing so we could show proof of what was ours. Keep that up!Thank you so much Stephanie for your service. The website is simple to use, and the pickup, laundering, and delivery is quick with a next day drop off at the latest. In my case, I guess it was a slow laundry day so they returned my laundry order to me in the same day, just a few hours after pickup. For the business traveler, its just one less thing to worry about when trying to make your face-to-face meetings or catching your plane verses leaving clothes behind. Also, the cost of this service is very reasonable on your expense report.
