Comment: First, let me start by saying that as a man, if I could afford to wear clothes and then throw them away so I wouldnt have to wash laundry, I probably would do it. Laundry is one of my least favorite things to do. That is why, when I finally do laundry, it usually means I have literally ran out of clean clothes to put on and I have several baskets, some black trash bags full, and a huge pile that enda up being tied up in sheets and/or blankets for transport to the laundromat.I loaded up the car, and headed down to Laundry Wash USA. I get there and the place is not crowded and is very clean and theres an attractive lady (Does her appearance have anything to do with the review? NO. But I am a man and she is worth mentioning. 😁) walking around sweeping up what little dirt there was on the floor. When she saw the pile of clothes I was bring in, she offered her help with bringing it in, something I did not expect.The washers were reasonably priced and there are several of the big ones so washing was not too expensive. The dryers took about 45 minutes to dry, but I probably should have put smaller loads in each one.I kicked back and made use of the free wifi to play games on my phone while I waited and when it came time to put the now clean clothes back in my vehicle, who showed up to help me but little Miss Jazz herself.Ill admit that I had kept half an eye on her the entire time Id been in the laundromat, and she was virtually non stop cleaning the whole time I was there. Excellent employee and one who probably doesnt get paid near enough.All told, an excellent experience and I will be back!

Comment: With being sick from drinking the tap water for 7 weekends in a row prior to the boil water notice which lasted for a week & a half, our laundry had piling up for 2 months!!I decided going to a laundromat would be the quickest way to get caught back up.So I searched for laundromats in Killeen. I picked this one on W Stan Schleutter based on the rave reviews from others.I can now concur with the previous positive reviews noting their wonderful experiences!!The laundromat was kept very clean, the washers & dryers were accessible, clean & did not appear to be from the 80s Or 90s like others Ive seen around.I reaaalllllllllllly enjoyed the ability to swipe my card instead of having to carry around tons of quarters!! There were plenty of their rolling baskets to use during transfer from washers to dryers. Also, they had a few vending machines with drinks, snacks, gum, etc. with one for laundry products in case you didnt bring your own.Lastly, the lady working on Wednesday was very friendly & was continuously cleaning.If I have a need to use a laundromat again, I will definitely go back to this location!!

Sometimes I would dry them most of the time I would take home to dry.The attendant that was there most of the time when I would come in was great friendly nice lady..The place is SUPER CLEAN!!!! not run down like a few other places Ive been to. All the machines actually work, unlike other places...AND LADIESSSSSS most of the time you wont get bored 😂😂😂😂 lots of eye candy for you entertainment.. 😆😂😁🤷😉(Cant hate a girl for enjoying the environment!!!) But some days not so much..(I just looked nothing else, Im sure most have a lady at home.. I dont disrespect other women like that..)But yes laundry... I would recommend everyone to this place.. All and all its the best place to wash just need more around waco, temple, etc... The only way to know is to try it but i am true to say the washers are truly amazing and i cannot ever get my cloths as clean almost to the point of new looking.. Is truly amazing to me.. Comment: Its been years since I have been to a laundromat and I have to say while the prices have definitely increased over the years this laundromat is worth it. It is very clean and not to busy and in a good location in Killeen. I stopped in to wash my comforter in a large washer since it is a bit tight in my home one and I am pleasantly surprised with the overall look and how it is maintained. There is a nice woman walking around sweeping and checking to make sure things are working and cleaned. I will definitely return in the future.

All the machines are clean, big, and well maintained. Signs are on the ones that are out of order so you dont waste your money on them. There is an attendant here as well.

Comment: Always clean! Every time we go someone is always cleaning. The two negative are that, some customers like to sit down on top of the tables which are for folding clean clothes. There are plenty of available chairs to sit down. Also some customers park on the handicap parking when they dont have a permit to do that. They just want to park closer to the door. Not the laundry fault, just customers who dont have common courtesy. Other than that great clean place to wash and dry many loads at ones.

It’s down the street from major stores/restaurants so easy to get everything you need done in this area. My favorite part is the huge washer/dryers, for $5.?? you can fit about 2 1/2 loads into one washer and dry the same load in one dryer after. Being that my Husband is military naturally we have a lot of clothes to wash, using the big ones saves us so much time and hassle. There is a bathroom as well and always someone working who can help you with any issues or they’re usually cleaning.My ONLY complaints are there are usually kids running around and playing in the baskets while their parents say/do nothing. Being a mother myself I understand being preoccupied, but it’s to the point it’s distracting for others and somewhat dangerous. My daughter is very young and it’s concerning seeing a basket flying down the aisle with complete disregard to others. This isn’t so much as the establishment’s fault as it is the quality of people that come to this location, but it can still be quite annoying. My other issues are people pulling up blasting music to look cool for no apparent reason, cool you’re washing laundry, do you have to be obnoxious about it? Finally, people smoking right near the entrance. The workers here smoke near it too so it’s not uncommon to have to walk through a toxic haze. It’s just inconsiderate and since the employees also do this no one says anything to these rude individuals. So again, not the nicest people come here. These aren’t deal breakers by any means, but it would be nice to see more order. I’m not going to fight over something silly while I wash clothes so I just mind my business and get what I need done done, but just wanted people aware.,

Comment: I absolutely love this place! It is always clean and I enjoy talking to Fran whenever I come in. She is always very nice, helpful and does an awesome job of keeping the place clean unlike the other female there that is always on her phone and walks around looking unpleasant.

Comment: Fran was really helpful towards me and she showed me how to operate the machines . I didn’t have any problems what so ever . All the areas were clean and everything was spot less . Fran was constantly on the move helping out customers and cleaning . She also talked to me and got to know me a little better and offered to help me even further if she needed too . She shared some experiences with me that made me more comfortable in the environment as well as always gave me a smile and saved me some money in the process ! While showing me what equipment I should use for my loads !!! She is an excellent employee and the rating I am giving 100% goes to her for her positive attitude and kind heart ! Thank you Fran ! It’s nice to talk to someone after a long night at work and I enjoyed the experience .

Comment: Before the movers were able to deliver our stuff, we had laundry to do. Brought all of our stuff here and it fit into one of the five loads in one washers. Dried it all in the same type of dryer. Clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Comment: I go to this laundromat probably every one and a half to two weeks and I love it, we dont have a washer and dryer In our apartment because we need the space for my husbands military gear so I frequent here often, the staff of very nice although I see the same lady everytime I go here (and still havent gotten her name, tsk). She is always very nice when I go and we chitchat here and there. The washer and dryers are very good and the plus side is that they have different sizes of washers which I LOVE. They also have wifi which is a plus. One very important thing I noticed is that for the last year that I have been going here I can count on one hand how many washers or dryers I have seen out of order which again I Love because you dont have to stand around and wait on this or that person to finish . I would highly recommend this laundromat to anyone. Friendly staff and clean environment. I havent had any problems thus far.

Comment: I havent been to a laundromat for years and years. In fact, I dont think Ive been to one since I was a little kid. I know have three children and so when our family of 5 had an emergency where we had to wash every pillow, blanket, sheet, towel, coats, hats, etc. That we own, instead of wearing our washer and dryer out and it taking days and days we decided to try this laundromat. First of all I expect it to cost at least 3x what it did. With their giant washers and giant dryers not only was it very cheap, but took less than an hour. The lady that was working was so nice and helpful. I will definitely recommend this place and be back myself.
