Comment: Aboss is the ABSOLUTE BEST! His services are second to none. Not only did he leave an event to come pick up our laundry in an emergency situation but turned it around in less than 8 hours. Our washing machine broke and flooded our apartment during Thanksgiving. It seemed like every laundry place I called was closed due to Thanksgiving and Black Friday. He went above and beyond for us. We literally had nothing to wear and were desperate for simply clean clothes. He could’ve easily taken advantage of our situation and charged us through the nose, but instead offered a discounted rate. I’m not much of a “reviewer” but in this case, it needs to be said how amazing Longhorn Laundry and the owner Aboss is. Look no further. There’s no better out there than this! THANK YOU Aboss!!!

Comment: Longhorn Laundry:Great service, prompt communication, excellent results, and no chemical odors. Recommended without reservations.One of my most favorite things is my 5-foot feather-down body pillow. Unfortunately, one of my favorite beings (my anxious calico cat) emptied her bladder on it. Nooo! That pillow is way too large for my washer and dryer. Plus I’m very allergic to most laundry products and dry cleaning chemicals, so a big commercial laundry is not an option. Locally owned Longhorn Laundry to the rescue! The owner, Aboss, exchanged texts with me to understand my needs, discuss pricing & payment, and arrange pick up. He even used my detergent because I know it’s harmless and cleans well. Pickup occurred on schedule. 48 hours later, he returned a clean pillow and the unused soap. No stain, no odor, no problems. Reasonable price, especially for such attentive service.Several months later, the calico is calmer anxious, but her housemate the dog had a bad day. More pee!! I started to budget for its replacement, then I remembered Aboss. He came through for me again with same-day pickup, prompt communication, and 36 hours later, the same excellent results. (FYI, the pillow is stuffed full and takes a very long time to dry. He quoted 24 hours at first, so I think some jobs can be done in one day.)Finding a reliably safe laundry service is a big deal for someone with chemical sensitivities/allergies. Plus with free pickup and delivery, I don’t have to risk a reaction.Thank you, Aboss!!

Comment: First and definitely not the last time using this company. I needed a suit picked up and processed before a wedding on Saturday. I reached out to Longhorn Laundry on Thursday, and the owner Aboss was able to pick up and process my suit. He was able to hand deliver it back to me on Friday. Great company and great communication. Would recommend this company to anyone

Comment: I found Longhorn Laundry on Google after my washer and dryer broke, and I needed someone to do my laundry. I contacted them directly, and the owner Aboss spoke with me directly and helped me set up my account. I was able to request 24 hour pick up and drop off. He communicated the entire time throughout the process, and I was able to receive everything back within 24 hours. Highly recommend will use again for sure
