Stand up service from Martinizing I will be remaining a loyal customer.Dropped off a pair of Blue Delta Jeans here. When dropping them off I explained to the gentleman at the front these were raw denim and require a no moisture cleaning. He sort of stopped me and insisted they clean the items by using the tag instructions.Go to pick up my jeans and they are now leggings. Super tight, ruined my $400 pair of blue deltas. Pretty sad stuff… be careful on what you take here

Found this place through reviews, and was a little worried it would be super expensive, but I think the price was reasonable for the type of dress and the work that needed to be done to make it look new again, plus the care required because of how easily it pulls ($20). The dress was done so quickly and looks good as new! Saved me money because if they couldn’t save it, I would have had to buy the dress new for my friend.Beware, it is HOT inside. I thought the reviews were exaggerating, but when I dropped off the dress I was in my work clothes, and I thought I was going to pass out. Don’t wear any jackets or blazers in there. I will be changing into shorts and a tank next time I drop something off.

Comment: So let me tell you a quick story. Im from Michigan and traveled to Houston for an Indian wedding. As some of you know these weddings are multiday events. Through the travel and my suit being in the carry-on it was very wrinkled and needed to be pressed. So I dropped it off on Thursday thinking I will be picking it up the next day. With all the commotion going on I totally forgot to pick up my suit the next day. Saturday comes and I go into Google maps to navigate to the cleaners. I find out that it closes at 2:00pm on Saturdays. Its 2:30 pm. My heart starts to race and I start to panic. I called the place up hoping for a prayer and it goes straight to voicemail. I then go to the website and sent them a message on there. No response. I then go back to Google maps to see if theres another number but I see there is a messaging option. I sent a message about my predicament and get a reply within 30 seconds from David who says he is at the cleaners and he can open the door for me. I rush to get there and my suit is standing next to the register and David greeted me welcomely. Not to mention he gave me a $15 off for being a first time customer. My family lives in Houston and I visit often. David just made a customer for life. P.s I know I should have known the hours of operation. P.s.s. go to their website and get the coupon!

I was terrified to get my silk wedding dress cleaned (it had wine on it) and after some researching found Martinizing.Not only were they incredibly affordable, they were also very knowledgeable. To the extent they go to special conferences on how to remove stains. I picked up my dress today and it looked better than new. No stains, not a single wrinkle. I’m very, very impressed with their services. Everyone was very kind and friendly.Only feedback is that the establishment is way tooooo hot. Not a problem for the customer who will quickly be in and out, but I feel terrible for the employees. Highly suggest to the owner a change is made.

Comment: I looked at all the reviews in the Heights area and they had the highest overall score so i trusted them with my very important and beloved Santa suit,It came back beautiful. Those things can be tricky because if the fluid they use is not brand new clean then the fur gets a pinkish tint.Not these guys. The red is RED and the White is blinding almost.And they fixed the zipper and the final cost was about ten bucks less than what I had been told so thats a plus too.Thanks guys. great job.

Comment: Great cleaners. Kelly is always smiling and friendly when she checks in your clothes and hands them back. I feel like my clothes have been treated gently and with respect to the investment I have made in them. The hand finish on shirts is a nice touch, it removes some of those annoying mini wrinkles and makes the collar nice and crisp. I haven’t had any dress pants come back with double creases. I had a pair of dress pants re-hemmed and unlike the original tailor I took them to this time they came back fully hemmed and not just a couple of quick stitches. All in all I am extremely happy and will continue bringing my dr cleaning here.
