Comment: I travel all of the southwest region for work and this laundromat is by far the cleanest laundromat I’ve been to my whole life. You can pay with coins and/or card. They have a special card you need to pre-purchase to use the card option on machines, but it only costs $1 and 4% service charge. There is another laundromat down the street that is way more run down; you have to use a special card only,and just to get a card is $5. So already Metro Wash is cheaper. The machines are surprisingly quiet and they don’t keep their music to loud.

Comment: Great place to go, clean, machines are in great shape as you would expect, pricing on point for the cleaness and drying of the machines. Bathrooms are kept up and clean and always open. There is someone always there to help you if needed for any reason, they also wash for you if needed, comfortable, and you can use there baskets to carry your clothes in and out of your vehicle, also automatic doors. Restaurants on both sides if desired. Staff is nice and helpful. Money machines work and can use cards.

Comment: I like the variety of ways in which you can pay for your laundry. You can buy one of their laundry cards for a dollar and load it and reuse it with no additional cost, you can use cash and transfer it into coins, or you can use your debit card directly from the machines. The only catch to use in your debit card directly in the machines is that they put a $25 hold on card. It usually takes around 24 hours for them to deduct what you used and return the remaining amount back onto your card. If you use your credit card to buy one of their load cards, they dont charge the $25. Just the additional $1 the first time for the cost of the card.The staff is friendly and courteous and its always clean. The machines are updated.

The washing machines are in good shape and priced Right.The dryers you need to put $2.25 in for 24 minutes after that you can add three more minutes for a quarter. 3 minutes for a quarter is high compared to other laundromats. Theres an ATM out in the parking lot and there are dollar change machines inside.They also have the button you can push to cause the doors to open when your arms are full or if you are in a wheelchair

I was finally able to add cash to my Metro card and put soap and fabric softener in washer. Then set washer options and swipe card to start washer with Normas supervision.She has educated me with all the washer and dryer options so now I am capable to get my dirty laundry done fast and ready to go just the way I like it. Norma is the reason that I am now a regular customer of the Victoria TX Metro Wash. Thank you Norma.

The only negatives are the panhandlers bother people over and over its annoying as hell. Next people bring there drama to the laundrymat cussing hollering and fighting.. One lady threatened to run someone over. Wish the cops patrolled more but thats another story.

Spotless facility and machines, new quality machines that wash like they are supposed to and dryers that will dry everything on first time paying. Bedding, clothes, shoes it dont matter this place is A++++!!! Petra was amazing, polite, helpful and a very very sweet lady. They have FasCard so you can add money to the card without having to carry around a bunch of quarters and keep putting quarters in. If you need to do your laundry then you would be crazy to go anyplace else around. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Comment: We are traveling and visit a different laundromat each week. This is the cleanest, most well run one we have ever been in. No popcorn but it was early morning so I wasnt expecting it. The clean childrens area with cartoons playing was another nice touch. The bathroom was pristine.

Comment: Irene saw come in and instantly greeted me, helped me get change, pick a washer and showed me how to use the machines. So cool! I felt totally relaxed and comfortable. Great location and vibe. Irene and staff were very active around the place. Being from out of town, Irene made me feel like a local. Awesome place! I will be back and recommend to others.
