Comment: It was clean and easy to find washers and dryers available. I only needed the dryers since ours is broken but our washer at home works. I even struck up good conversation with another patron while I waited!Theres plenty of outlets for USB and typical outlet plugs to use. Vending machines for snacks and drinks while you wait, and clean tables. The staff keep this place pretty well clean in my experience.

Comment: Place was clean, affordable, and comfortable while waiting for my laundry. Sometimes laundromats are hot due to the the heat from the machines etc., but it was nice and cool during my visit. I only used a dryer while I was there as our dryer crapped out and left me with 2 loads of wet laundry, but I experienced no issues with the equipment.I definitely recommend this facility and will use it again if the situation arises.

Comment: This is one of the best Washaterias I have been too. The washers and big and the price is just right. We pay $4.50 for a big wash and$6.50 for the huge washer. And the dryers are also great they do the job without having to keep putting quarters and quarters. We pay .75¢ for 42 minutes Ive been coming here for almost a year and I wouldnt go anywhere else. They have chairs to seat, folding tables for clothes, and a TV and vending machines and 2 picnic tables to seat and snack on while you wait for the clothes. And free Wi-Fi but I cant never connect idk why. But I am still very satisfied with this place. The staff is almost always friendly and helpful. They keep the place clean. There is one lady that I noticed goes above and beyond on cleaning when she closes. Makes me feel better about coming knowing the washers get cleaned like that once in a while. Thank you.

Comment: Our washer and dryer were on the fritz so etook 9 loads that included comforters, blankets and almost every towel we own. The place is clean and. Try and get a washer with and extra spin cycle. It takes awhile to dry your clothes otherwise.

Comment: It was my first time coming to this location, and I am glad I did. The laundromat was super clean and the snacks were reasonably priced. Plus the employee Demetrius came out with a basket when we got out of the car to get our clothes and held the door open when we were pushing our clothes inside. Being 32 weeks pregnant, it was a pleasant surprise. He also was super friendly and constantly cleaning. Its rare to find a laundromat employee that stays busy. I will bring my business here instead of my normal one for now on.

Comment: Very clean, nice clean machines decent price, just really crowed on Sundays so I would choose a different day to do laundry. Staff is present to monitor facility and machines and keeping this location up to part they also do laundry for a small fee if you have a busy life and unable to do your laundry that day.

Comment: Friendly staff at closing time. I like that there open later hours for people e who work later. They have plenty of washer and dryers and the price is right per machine. They have a vending area to sit and relax. The lady who was working the closing sift on a Saturday night was super friendly and helpful. Even when the machine didnt dry my clothes enough she didnt mind me staying past closing time to finish and fold my load and even helped me to the car. Great job!

The staff super friendly which I like because Im all about customer service. Its definitely clean and I would definitely recommend this place. I will recommend to anyone in kingwood, humble new Caney area.

Staff is friendly and helpful, environment is very clean and roomy. Anna, an employee seems to go above and beyond to keep facility clean. Today shes buffing the tile floors! Aside from uneven parking lot, Id say Ill come back😊

Comment: I havent been to a laundry mat in many many years. This Sunday was the first time. Needless to say I had a very pleasant experience. Mr. Clean was very clean washateria. The employee Anna helped me out with what washers to use for my size loads, showed me how to use the washers. She was very helpful. I had an issue with one of the washers and she fixed my problem. It is also very reasonably priced. I will definitely be back and recommend it to friends.

Comment: Ive been coming here for 6 months and ive been to others however this is the one is the best by far, the machine all work they have many to choose from..The employees are always busy doing their jobs, friendly. Anna is the one I see the most and she is always cleaning always looks good and helping customers in a positive attitude and way.. carol is also another lady I know and does the same... Nothing but positive feedback on place and employees!!

We were so pleased with the large machines, the gracious and helpful staff, the friendly customers and of course, Anna -- who was keeping the place orderly and spotless. Comment: Mr. Clean is just that....Clean! I had to do laundry outside my home for the first time in a very long time and the people that work there were very helpful in helping me coordinate all my washing and which machines to use for the size loads. Also, it was helpful that they open until 10pm. I was there late last night and was able to witness how well they take care of and clean all the machines. The people that work their take pride in what they do and go above and beyond. I would definitely use this laundromat again!

Comment: The first time I went it was undergoing alot of changes. I have been there about 3 more times since and it has gotten better and better. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I will continue to go here until I get my washer and dryer set up again. I see no problems going there and I have not seen any ripped up couches or anything. They have more than enough chairs for seating. All the washers and dryers work, not to mention the double and triple loaders they have that make it so much more convenient and less time consuming.
