Comment: I’m not one who usually leaves reviews, but this business definitely deserves it. The owner/manager is a person who genuinely cares about his customers. From the first time I took a suit, he helped me out by having it ready same day. Granted I took it first thing when they opened but delivered as promised. Just recently, I needed a uniform ready rather quickly, I dropped it off on Friday afternoon, and it was ready bright and early Monday morning. Really saved me at work. Owner/manager is a true businessman who cares for his customers. He’s got a customer for life now.

Comment: I first went to NEAT after having heard they are making masks for kids! Sure enough, they do have a variety of designs and patterns of masks for both kids and adults. Mike helped my daughter choose a mask that would be comfortable for her and adjusted the straps to fit her tiny face. While there, I noticed NEAT does dry cleaning of comforters and bedding, so I inquired about pricing and decided to take our comforter there the next day. Unfortunately, the bedding was not ready when I returned for pickup. The NEAT representative was extremely apologetic for my inconvenience and collected my information so they could deliver the comforter to my home without additional charge. The comforter was delivered today, and I am so pleased. This family-owned business knows the meaning of loyalty, care, customer service, and professionalism. I wish I had found out about them long ago!!! Thank you, NEAT. We will definitely be back to support this local business owned and operated by this special family.

Comment: They are friendly and courteous. Texts are sent to your phone to inform you that your order has been collected, ready and delivered. Additionally, it tells you the charge to your account on your order. I dropped two sites off before 8 in the morning. Layer that day by 3 were ready for pick up.
