Comment: I use this company for my company’s dry cleaning needs. I love that they come/ return quickly and quietly. I don’t like having to be present when a service is just picking up something and Press just picks it up and brings it back. It’s great. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because I think they are a little pricey for dry cleaning.

I do everything in the app, its so easy! They pickup and drop off at my work so I never miss a step. Customer service is super nice (Hi Shannon!) and I feel like Im dealing with a small business. Comment: I was struggling to find a dry cleaner that was open during my odd work schedule, and a friend from Austin mentioned to me that Press had launched in Dallas. The pickup process was really easy and I got a notification when my clothes were being picked up and then dropped off, which is nice. Since Press works with local dry cleaners, I’m getting the same quality service I’m used to but they work with me so I’m around when the clothes come back.
