I recently moved to Tyler from the Metroplex and was a bit apprehensive about finding a new cleaner. This place had great Google reviews, and rightfully so. All of my clothing came back looking better, and like new (!!?) than when I dropped it off! This left me amazed and wondering What is this magical wizardry being used at Regency? Thanks so much for making my transition from the big city easier. Its the little things yall :) :)

Comment: I reviewed this business before but today they really went the extra mile and I wanted to share my appreciation. Monday afternoon I dropped off three dresses one of which I was wearing the next day and forgot I threw into the pile. I emailed the cleaners late that night and Belinda responded first thing in the morning. I asked when they would be done explaining my situation (it’s normally a fast turn around but I’m never in a rush) she asked which location I dropped my items off at and said she would check on it.. within less than two hours she sent me an email saying all three dresses were done.They are very kind and thorough. I have never had an issue.. I’ve brought color block dresses (never guaranteed to not bleed) and they have always come out great. I even had a pair of white shoes cleaned there before. They are fantastic and this was another time that they showed they really cared about the customer.Thank you Belinda and the rest of the team at the Bullard road location!

Comment: Prices are reasonable for dresses. Started taking my work dresses here. Most recent batch I was nervous because the color block dress I had before and it bled when I hand washed it. Since buying the dress again (yes I bought another lol) I’ve taken it to be dry cleaned - no bleeding! Also the orange dress is a suede material I had pizza and dropped olive oil on the dress - I did take the dress the next day and they were able to get it out. For four work dresses it came to about $43 which is around $10 a dress plus taxI will say, I asked them about shoe repair and it was a little expensive for that and they send them out so I took my shoes else wear to be fixed
