Comment: Very good laundry and dry cleaners. Ive had to instructions them many times on pants creases, but I think they now understand that NO ONE wants their creases on the sides of their pants.

Comment: Let me tell you something. Im sitting here in the parking lot waiting for a grocery order. Its just after 8am. I see this elderly man with a cane making his way across the street towards the cleaners. The kid that works there sees him, grabs his cleaning and MEETS HIM AT THE DOOR WITH A SMILE. I dont know what kind of miracle person this is. Thats genuine kindness. Like most young people he could have not been paying attention or been on his phone or doing something else but you know what, serving this man was more important. So many people are all about themselves and genuine decency has left the building in Austin. Not here. Right on Reids.

Comment: I love this place!! They also have a shoe repair company that they send out the shoes. Ive used them they are great and the price was good. They always remember who I am when I walk in even if its been months. I love that!!

Comment: Been using this great cleaners for over 20 years. They are the best! Same day service if you take your items in by 10:00 am. Check the time with them just to be sure! From wedding gowns to my husband s shirts and everything in between, they do an excellent job of cleaning and pressing. They even offer shoe repair and alterations. Make them your cleaners and you will not be disappointed!

They actually called me last week just to let me know that one of my items had a stubborn spot that needed a little more work and would require one more day before I could pick that one up! Never had a dry cleaner provide service like that before!

Comment: Hands down my favorite place to dry clean clothes. The quality is outstanding! The staff is awesome, super helpful and very kind. Additionally, this Reid’s cleaners donates to its community and the local public elementary school! We love Reids!
