Although it may become a bit crowded on the weekends, that is to be expected... You are, after all, at a public Laundromat. Thumbs up.

Comment: The place was clean and the attendant was always ready to help. The four stars is because of the music selection, too loud and not a variety. Saturday nights seems to be the best time to go. The prices are a little higher per machine, but that means less people taking up space. They do have a play area for the kiddos.

Comment: This is about as perfect of a laundromat experience that a person can have. Theres plenty of machines in all load sizes, you can pay with quarters or download their very handy app and load cash to it. Using the app also gets you spendable reward credits.Theres lots of available comfortable seating and TVs for while you wait, including a kids activity zone with books for the little ones.Absolutely thrilled I found this place!

I searched for the closest laundromat to me and SO GLAD I stumbled upon this gem! It is clean, up to date and CeCe the manager was so friendly and helpful being as tho I NEVER worked machines that can start by an app (that’s another bonus AND it alerted me when my clothes were almost dry!) CeCe encouraged me to walk to nearby shopping if I needed as she stated “it’s safe here, no one will touch your stuff- guaranteed!” They didn’t.If you need a quick, fast, friendly spot to wash, SAFE to bring your kiddos- go ahead and come up here and tell them the OKLA-HOMIE sent you!

Couldnt have been given a warmer welcome by Bethany who patiently explained the way things work and is full of fun energy - thank you!!Plenty of siting area space, wall sockets / USB charging ports, a few vending machines, and a restroom. Very comfortable place to pass an hour or so whilst the wash & dry is taking place. Half a dozen TVs on the wall for entertainment too, and some brilliant tunes playing through the stereo here. Great job!

Not sure if it was her music playing, but I loved it, and it made the experience all the better. Also, the app is very convenient if you dont want to deal with coins. Our washer and dryer wouldnt have washed the towels (which we thought were ruined) immaculately like these machines did. A++

Comment: Very relaxed and chill place to do laundry.Wifi is decent and everything is updated.All machines run off a balance inside an app that you fund initially, eliminating the need for dollars and quarters completely!Machines are fast, quiet and prices fairly in my opinion. Suprisingly the app displays the machines remaining time if you’re not around and alerts you when it’s ready.Staff is nice when you ask questions, they offer plenty of laundry services, I just came for self service. There’s books to entertain the kids, I would love if there was more.

It is clean and comfy and I had spoken to 2 staff members 1 young lady (I didnt catch her name) was very helpful explaining everything here and CeCe is the manager and shes just professional and friendly. There is an app you can download to pay directly from your card to start the washer/dryer or add more time. I used the big big washer (took 3 loads at once) only $9 for like 30 min and the dryer is .25¢ (also the mega size dryer, I added 40 min and it cost less than $2)Yall gotta come here. Parking may be a challenge but once your in the laundromat its totally worth it and since you dont have to babysit your clothes & stuff (the app will tell you how long for your cycle to end) you can go explore the little shops here & theres a few places to eat too. This is now going to be my fav place to do laundry. TY Revolution & your employees, yall are fantastic!

Comment: I found this laundromat about a month and a half ago and I was hoping it was spacious and clean because I’m very particular in where I go wash. I moved to the area and I’m glad I tried this place. It is always kept clean and I’m glad it’s big enough and not crowded. There is a person I will always be happy to see and this lady’s name is Cece. I met Cece about two weeks ago when I came a second time with my sister. I just want to thank Cece for being such a sweet, caring, and hardworking woman. Cece is always welcoming. You can tell she does things with love. She took the time to speak with us to tell us about this place and their services. She taught us about the app too. I came a third time yesterday with my sister and today I called and Cece let me know they had found my sister’s keys. Cece was super friendly over the phone and in person when I came to pick them up. Anyways, this was my 2nd laundromat I’ve found & now currently my 1st. The other laundromat out in Sachse/Wylie area ain’t touching this one. Thts where I 1st moved too to tht area and I don’t mind driving a extra few mins for a better more spacious cleaner machine laundromat at all. Certain employees here r weird like they’re irritated of work but it’s this one white guy w/grayish hair & beard who’s amazing to me. From his personality to the way he reacts I love it. Doesn’t bother me at all! He helped me w/my change tht I wanted to get rid of in place of quarters. Remind u this was my 2nd time coming here tho bc I was still getting situated learning this area as well. Now, I c him frequently when I come in/out on my laundry days. Anyways, I do love how they have two options still card & coins bc some laundromats just only have cards n I still love/prefer coins but now I c how easy it is w/the card option. Soo I tried it out for the special $5 they’ll give n boy I sure don’t regret it now. I definitely love how spacious it is n how they have more thn one door for entryway and how comfortable can sit down somewhere to read or talk otp. I will forever come here as long am still living in area or anywhere near here period. 🙂UPDATE: NOV 2022I just wanna say Diana is awesome too! I’ve met her AFTER the fact so between Joe n Diana these two employees r awesome the best ones to me. Comment: This is a really good laundromat. I am currently in the area working and living out of a hotel. My hotel actually has a laundry facility but most times machines are already in use and I just dont feel like those machines get my clothes the cleanest like at home. This laundromat is always clean, never really crowded when I come, and the people here are friendly. I keep coming back. I could easily just go downstairs to do my laundry but I guess it shows how nice this laundromat is, that I will load my clothes in my car(in this TX heat) and come here. Its been a while since I had to use a laundromat due to having a w/d at home but I dont mind making the trip here. Its worth it!

Comment: They advertised that the last wash is 9:30 PM. However, for the past two weeks, I am having a problem using the laundry service at Zoom Express in the evening. Other than that, everything is wonderful here.Update1: Thankfully, Greg reached back to me and promised me the problem wont happen again.

Comment: This is the only place to do laundry! Its beautiful! Its the cleanest place Ive ever seen!! All Stainless Shiny and filled with beautiful leather chairs and different area to be comfortable with family . You sit and eat at tables with large TVs. Snacks and Supplys. And The Biggest Blessing of all. The prices!!!! It will take you half as much money to really clean and dry your laundry. The machine are top of the line!! Try It! Next Time I will be taking Photos. I had other appointments for today!!

My wife Miriam and I are so grateful for taking care of us in such a kind and wonderful way. CeCe, people like you with such a great attitude and willingness to serve make the difference in customer service.Wed like to thank also the owner-manager for solving a refund issue due to our inexperience with the app.The location, the washing and drying machines are state of the art. It is neat and clean. You can easily manage everything through the Huebsch app. The facility has also a comfortable waiting area. There is plenty of parking spots. It is conveniently located.We dont hesitate to recommend this business and we will surely come back.

Comment: Amazing place! The sweet lady informed me about the app and the dryers. Place was spotless with new and updated appliances. Even had vending machines and a play area for kids. I feel safe going here and so comfortable. Highly recommend 10/10

This place is not your typical laundromat but a community place and is in the year 2022! No quarters, no problem is this place takes card!

Comment: Very clean. Sooo amazed how they have their own app to use to pay. Not having to deal with using cash and coins is such a win as I normally just pay everything with a card. They even give you reward points for spending! There is a lounge area and even free coffee. The machines work great as well! I was helped immediately upon walking in and even given a tour. Very welcoming staff. Would definitely recommend coming!

Comment: I tried a few other laundromats and couldnt even get the machines working, plus they were crowded with kids and people running around and not to mention extremely dirty. This place exceeded expectations - prices were great, place was clean, people were friendly, and there was a big sitting area for hanging out. Ill be going here from now on.PS - anyone got the wifi password?

Comment: This place is so great!! The app is very convenient. I love the easy way to pay and in app timer to help manage my time. Also it lets you know right away if there is an error. Diana was so helpful and friendly! She help me learn the app and machines. The machines our state of the art and the facility is very clean! The location is fantastic as well. Definitely would recommend to anyone! 10 out of 5 stars!

Comment: Our dryer isnt working and I just tried the new laundry mat Richardson has I love it! Even nice bathrooms snack beverages good options even free coffee! They even sale detergent! They have a app for starters you get $5 free to start out with and when you recommend people you get 5 dollars more free to use! The staff are so chill cool and helpful! This is awesome for richardson. A heck ya for us mothers, they open 6am-10pm.. we can even workout laundry and working out in our schedule! Great place and no one messes with your stuff so very respectable! I highly recommend! best laundry mat I have seen in my life! Rich behind Taco Bell! You can even walk to get food or if you need to go to dollar general its right by it!

Comment: My washer broke and I have 3 teenage boys at home. Of course the part I need is on back order, so after a week of no washer and a mountain of clothes we went to Zoom. Top notch experience. The staff were super friendly and beyond helpful considering I havent been in a laundromat in over 30 years and this is the cleanest place Ive ever seen... you even start the washers with your phone... I highly recommend and will definitely be back if needed. 5 stars isnt enough they deserve 10
