Comment: I no longer live near this location. But I will always come to this one because of the manager Jamie. I am not a big dollar client. But Jamie always treats me like a queen. Jamie is the kind of person every business owner hopes to hire one day. She is professional, caring, and diligent. She always does the right thing for the right reason. When a dress I care about was stained she kept following up until it was fixed correctly. She made sure my special dress got saved. Sometimes clothes mean more than the price we pay for them. And Jamie gets that.

Comment: Brought my boyfriend’s light blue Dumb & Dumber suit 2 years after wearing it for this past weekend and was freaking out because he had the darkest (what looked like) pizza, chocolate, and cheese stains all over it. For some reason he never washed it and had it in the closet for 2 years. The team at Rick’s off Burnet did AMAZING! I picked it up 2 days later and it looked BRAND NEW!His friend took in his orange suit to a different Rick’s location and also looked brand new. They did great! Definitely recommending them to everyone.I chose the option “Deep clean” on this review hoping it means the same as “Dry cleaning”.

I was hesitant to visit this location because of reviews, but chose to give them a try because it was nearby and my other dry cleaner dropped the ball. I was pleasantly surprised by Marys customer service, and her focus on making my first experience a good one. She took the time to recommend a particular service over normal laundering to preserve my dress shirts better. No complaints here!
