Comment: Not pleased with this place. Shouldn’t be a 2 day turn around to have my pants starched. Very inconvenient. Other places in town, I can drop clothes off in fri and pick up starched on Saturday. Will definitely stick to Jack Brown.Edit 06/29/2018:Owner of Rick’s personally reached out to me which is commendable, he explained the turn around time and why they do that (to lower their rates).Makes sense, but still hard for me to drop clothes off on a Tuesday to be able to have them if leaving town anytime before 5p.m. Friday, a 3 day downtime is hard to plan around.

Comment: The employees are always helpful and nice but I have had some issues with the quality of work. I dropped off a few pairs of khakis and asked for no pleat. They did not do a front pleat but instead put pleats right behind the outside seam. They must just lay out pants flat and press them in a machine without thinking about how they are creating an additional pleat that has no reason for being there. I would be very careful before dropping off pants that you are asking for no pleat.Update on 01/31/2018:I spoke with the staff about my issue and they were happy to help ensure that going forward they do not create additional creases when pressing my pants.In addition to that...This store went above and beyond to help me when i made a mistake and did not pick up a suit I was wearing for a destination wedding I was in.I sent and email asking if there was any way to make a pick-up on Sunday and I was pleasantly surprised when I received a prompt response.Not only was I assured that they would get my suit to me, but the owner (Ian) himself met me there on his day off to help me.The staff really goes above and beyond to help their customers and be part of the community.THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! LIFE SAVERS!!!

Comment: They are significantly cheaper than everyone else in town. With the coupon were talking $1.90 vs. $3 - $6 an item.If not for Ricks I would not be able to afford nearly as much cleaning and pressing.Im sure some corners have to be cut to do the job so much cheaper than everyone else. But I bet the other places mess up clothes too. However, they can probably afford to be nicer since they have higher margins. Fortunately I havent had any problems yet.
