Comment: When I went to go drop off my dry cleaning off at the Cedar Park store, it was a few minute before closing. I was walking toward the front door and the employee turned off the open sign, locked the door and ran to the back of the store. Granted, I would be upset if someone came in at the last minute, but I was literally standing outside when this happened and they looked right at me holding my six shirts. I didn’t realize they were closing at that time or I would have come earlier, but that was sincerely rude. I almost did not come back because of this.

Comment: I am very happy with this dry cleaner. I took them a linen and wool bedspread- very high end- and was a little worried about it. But it came out beautifully! And at a reasonable price! It is fluffy and fresh and perfect. It is pretty far for me to get there but I will absolutely use them for all my dry cleaning needs. So worth it!

Ive had terrible experiences with Jack Brown cleaners, so I am very happy to use Ricks.

Comment: I got lipgloss on some clothes when a tube ended up in the wash. After trying everything I could at home to get out the stains in two shirts I wasnt ready to part with, I took them to Ricks in Cedar Park next to Harbor Freight. I never take things to the cleaners, but this was a last ditch effort to save ruined clothing. I was told that they couldnt promise the stains would come out, but that they would try more than once to fix my mistakes. The first time I came to pick the shirts up, the stains were still there. I had honestly lost hope, but figured I had nothing to lose sending it back for another try. Im glad for that second try because when I picked them up this week, the stains were gone! These were not color stains, these were oil stains left behind from melted lipgloss. Im thankful that Ricks will give it more than one try so you know for sure that the articles cant be saved. I wore my nice top to an event last night, so getting it back good as new this week was PERFECT timing. Before you throw away stain damaged clothes, give Ricks a try!

On top of all these requirements, it took over 2 months to resolve. The compensation was fair Market value but by the time you account for the cleaning charge not being refunded to you, the refund is unfair.I would not take expensive or valuable items to be serviced here at the chance of them being damaged or lost.All other general everyday cleaning, great prices.

Comment: I love this place. Staff is always happy and helpful. Service is always quick and they always have a smile on there face an have a great personality. Clothes are alway super clean, neat and organize. Employees always say Please and Thank You and are very well respectful. I wouldnt recommend any other place because this place does a great job at getting the job done right and they will always have my business!
