Washers are good sizes and work each load quickly, and large dryers are spacious enough for up to 5 loads. Use of a debit card instead of coins is really handy. Staff is present and always helpful when needed.

Comment: Full Laundromat is open all day and pretty late into the evenings. The bigger side that has the sliding doors closes late at night but the smaller side that has the single push/pull door entrance IS OPEN 24 hours.The BEST part about this particular store is the fact that they offer free drying time every Monday-Friday from 8/8:30AM to about 3:30/4PM, so you are only paying for the washers. I personally am extremely grateful for this SUPER generous & awesome perk and Im sure there are many others that are also trying to make it on a shoestring budget who feel the same.Yall rock! Thanks for helping out by giving back to the community like this. It really does make a difference in my household!

Comment: So it’s 2023 and I use this laundry mat all the time, there is nothing wrong with this place and the people and manager are sweet and nice and they do a great job running this place. It’s always clean and they help everyone. Y’all keep up the good work and stay sweet! Also everyone come because this laundry mat has free dryers and free hot water also they will pick your clothes up and deliver back to you. Comment: Very clean and nice little place to go in the middle of the night. Plenty of large washers and dryers along with tables to fold on. The only complaint I have is that there is no bathroom on the 24 hour side. Its annoying to have to run to the gas station to use the restroom, but a fair trade for a clean place that you feel safe in to do your laundry in the middle of the night. Theyve added even more machines!

Comment: From big monster washers to basic small washers you have plenty of choices and price range. These washers start at $10 and with extra choices to wash it goes up but you can fit a lot inside. Dryers are huge I think Ive laid at most $6 bucks to dry. The kiosk is super easy to use to pay the machines are reusable reload able laundry card only and the vending machine for any soap or dryer sheet is also only by laundry card. To load the card you may use cash or credit/debit

Pricing is great and the machines clean and disinfect your clothes, the dryers are great and dry fast. Comment: I go to this laundromat at least once a year mostly to wash my comforters, big thick blankets, etc as I prepare for whatever kind of winter Texas will give us.This year this laundromat choose to even decorate for Halloween even to the point on Halloween night kido will be given candy. How Sweet is that. Maybe they always have done that and this year I choose to do my laundry in time for me to see all the awesome decorations.The manager is always polite and eager to answer any question and he even does a outstanding service of washing and folding laundry for a price. The lady I spoke to was in and out with a big smile on her face. Jokenly, I ask why and she all too eager as she informed me of their wash, dry and fold service. And they had donuts they said they’re free and help yourself to coffee. And of course they sell laundry detergent which is a nice convenience. There were doughnuts and coffee and wifi. Several TVs throughout. Plenty of seating while waiting. Not crowded today. Its a laundromat. Comment: I wanted to wash all our blankets and so I tried “Round Rock Laundromat” and came preparing myself for the inevitable let down based upon my experiences of past laundromats. Upon entering the door I immediately thought of what my daughter likes to say when she’s shocked, “what! what?” Mike has this place clean and offers good coffee as well as a clean bathroom; I know, right?! “Did you say clean?” Yup. Also, I loved the row of extra large machines which I utilized and took a pic of. Prices were fair, and the wood counters they’ve built are plentiful. Use this place with confidence.

Comment: ***Updated Review AGAIN****Wash and Fold service is the only service I use here - FYI*Im a firm believer of redemption and being fair, so its only right that I come back to update my review once again for Round Rock Laundry.After my feedback below, Round Rock Laundry reached out to me in an attempt to make things right by letting me know they had drastically improved their services, apologized for the inconvenience, and requested I give them another chance. After a month or more, I decided to be fair and try them out again. Besides, their location is convenient and their prices are good in comparison to others (Granted, I will always pay more for excellent service). Like before, Ive used them this go-round about 4 times now (just to be sure) and theyve done a great job. Clothes are completely dry and folded very well... an actual wash and fold service.My issue before was never with the actual people and Im quickly in and out every time, so I cant speak to any changes in the customer service per-se. But theyve always been nice and friendly. I possibly caught them during some growing pains months ago, but Im glad theyve got it sorted out.My go-to place again - thank goodness!***Updated Review***Man, I LOVED the most recent previous owners. They were incredible, knew my name, and washed and folded my clothes as though I just got them off of a JCPenny shelf. But, the new owners there now.... I really hoped for the best because I’ve had impeccable wash and fold service and quality all in a decent location for a long time. Unfortunately, the experience has been a complete failure for me. I’ve used the services 4 times (1 time too many) to ensure I was being fair before I decide to changed my 5 star review to a 1 star. And every time seemed to get worse and worse with this last time being dang near unbearable. Not only are all the jeans still damp, but it’s as though a 5-yr old folded my clothes. There were shirts wrong side out and just folded over into a ball. Several shirts also had one sleeve still wrong side out in the same way my kids took them off... you guys know what I’m talking about. Non-matching socks folded together, when the matching sock was there.And then the cherry on top... sorry, I have to give the back story for the full picture. So the previous owners would always neatly line my clothes-basket with the plastic bag and the clothes folded neatly in the bag IN the basket. They would even make an effort to separate my clothes from my kids clothes... man, I could shed a tear right now. Anyways... the first time I used the new owners and went to pick up my laundry it was folded into two huge plastic bags “outside” of my clothes basket meaning I would have to gather both bags and come back to pull two empty baskets. Thankfully, one of the owners offered to carry one bag to my car so I only had to lug the other bag and my 2 baskets. Okay... I understand “change” happens, so I didn’t get too upset, but the next time I went, I suggested that they line the basket with the bag and place the clothes in the basket like the previous owners did. The young guy working at that time said “wow, can’t believe we hadn’t thought of that.” Longggg story abruptly cut short... after putting up most of the clothes of my last “in the basket” load, not only were they poorly folded with damp jeans, but at the bottom of the basket were about 10 crumpled clothes items “hidden” underneath the other clothes. No attempt to fold whatsoever...So needless to say, it was good while it lasted, but I highly doubt this place will get my business again. The end~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I love this laundromat! I use their wash and fold laundry service regularly and they always do a great job. Being a single working mother Im thankful Ive found a business that is affordable, clean, and with great friendly staff to take care of one of the many tasks I have week to week. Plus, they know me by name, always offers to help me to my car, and greets me with a smile. They are delightful and Id recommend them to anyone.

Comment: Ive never had an interaction with the guy who is the attendant there. He has passed me plenty of times without saying a word. This past weekend I stopped by and he was interacting with others but I am assuming because the owners were present. One of the owners (a woman) was extremely friendly and even made sure to point out they had pastries. She even thanked me for stopping in. The place is always clean and always has machines available even when they are busy. Even though its one of the first laundromats in RR, I prefer this one over any others.

Comment: When my washing machine stopped working mid wash I googled and found that I lived minutes away from this location. I was intrigued by the high ratings so I decided to check it out. From the outside I thought “oh no. Gonna be roaches and trash everywhere.” That’s definitely not the case! Well when I walked in I was greeted and it surprised me. She asked me if I had any questions and even suggested what machine I should use. I had plans on sitting in my car but the vibe was so chill that I watched TV. I noticed the same young lady greet people by name. I couldn’t tell who worked there, who was her best friend, or customers. She was so kind. The place is old but it’s pretty decent for a laundromat. I was so surprised to see people actually drinking that coffee. Now that’s trust right there. I’ll probably never be able to do that but I’ll wash my clothes there again.

Comment: Clean place. Lots of washers and dryers available. Price depends on the size washer you use. Ranges from $1.75-$4 a load. The dryers star at $.25 for 10 minutes. They have a few change machines too. Theres a few tables so you can fold laundry. Free wifi, yay.Edit: I really like this place. They always offer drinks (at least when I go) and the workers are always doing something. Theyre never just sitting around.

A friend of mine told me to come back under the new management and company, The Round Rock Laundromat & Coin Laundry. I was skeptical at first so I decided to do a little research. I checked them out on google and they are a 5 Star facility. They have professional website, extended operating hours in which they are open 24 hours and at 6am on Saturday and Sunday. They are on Facebook as well. I decided to give this location another try, under the new management. I do not regret coming back here.I like this place because for it convenient location. It is so close to HEP Plus and there is a new nail shop owner next door. I like the smiling staff and their willingness to help. I like the clean bathroom and overall cleanliness of the place. The washer has hot water, the ATM machine fee is cheap, washers and dryers work great. If washer or dryers have issue, problem get solved instantly because there is a technician on site. So I am a returning customer, and I am not planning on going anywhere else. I am glad I came back.

Comment: I like coming here. One of the attendant is soooo cool. She help me load my clothes because I am new to this. I am learning how to do my own laundry, and can’t rely on my mom all the time. HEP is also down the street, which makes running errands a lot easier.

Comment: We had an amazing experience at this laundromat. It was our first time here and the attendant was extremely friendly, helpful, and made our experience very easy. It was super clean and had many functioning washers and dryers so we were in and out in about 35 minutes. We will definitely be back next week!

Comment: They have friendly and great customer service. Thank you for keeping it clean under the new management. The machines work great and prices are cheap. I will continue to come here every week. This is cheaper than paying electric and gas at my house. It only cost me 40.00 for a month worth of laundry at this laundromat, but at my house bills sky rockets to 350.00. This is why I keep coming and coming. I recommend this awesome place.

Comment: I like coming here and do my laundry weekly. It is clean, even the bathroom. It is not expensive. Everybody I meet is friendly. It is open to my convenient. I worked the night shift, and I find it is easy to come here in the early morning. I never ran into any trouble. Washing machines and dryers work really well. I recommend this place for everyone!!!

Comment: My dryer went out a couple weeks ago, and while at first I was dismayed, Round Rock Laundromat has really helped to ease my burden. Theyre open 24 hours, very clean, and very affordable. While most new laundromats are too big and shiny and impersonal, RRL brought me right back to my childhood, playing pacman while mom did laundry at the mat. The staff is amazing, Sarah made me feel right at home this morning and even made a new customer for their VERY reasonably priced laundry service. Really not making me want to buy a new dryer here Sarah! Check em out, highly recommended!

Comment: I really love their wash & fold service. I dropped it off before I go to work, and I picked it up after I get off from work. Bring a mom with two active girls is a lot of work, so I really appreciate Round Rock Laundromat & Coin Laundry for their super fast service. I highly recommend using their wash & fold service. It is only 95 cent per pound, which is cheaper than chicken meat per pound

Comment: They are super friendly and always stop and say hello and the place is cleaner then i have ever seen it, and... they are open 24 hours which is great when you cant make it earlier due to work schedules or life in general. I have tried some of the others because of the credit card option, but always come back here, its affordable and you know how much you are paying up front.

Comment: I have been going to this place for many years because of their cheap prices. It used to be called The Laundry Basket, but the new name is Round Rock Laundromat & Coin Laundry. The new owner did not increase the price, so I am still here. I have seen the gradual changes under the new owner. It is cleaner, more well lit, and have helpful staffs. This morning, the attendant was sweeping inside and outside the shop. She wanted to make sure the store front was clean, and she even swept the front of the nail shop, next to the laundromat to make sure all of the surrounding areas are clean. I sat down on the bench in this nice weather located outside the laundromat just to relax. I still would have come because their prices are so affordable, but now it smells good and looks good which is an added bonus.

Comment: I can not say enough about this AWESOME place. It is clean, friendly, well lit place. There are a lot of parking spaces, many washing machines, and many dryers to choose from. It used to be The Laundry Basket but the new name is Round Rock Laundromat & Coin Laundry. The new people have made it better and better.
