Comment: I had bought a cream colored tuxedo suit for my wedding, and I took it out of the original casing for the first time since I had gotten married a year and a half ago. Came to find out that there had been alcohol stains sitting all over my jacket for over a year and a half! I brought the jacket to royal cleaners, and they were able to clean it all up and restore my jacket back to 100%, all within one day. Cannot recommend them enough!

Comment: Absolutely went above and beyond and helped me fix my big oopsie!! I made a lazy mistake after a thrift haul and washed a black shirt with some light shirts and oops.... BIG TIME color transfer on the light shirts!! They were completely unwearable with the amount of transfer there was. I tried the white vinegar trick to some avail but after throwing them in the wash, BAM, transfer moved all over again and somehow worse!! I was so bummed, so I figure one last effort Ill take them to a drycleaner before giving up and dyeing them dark.This cleaner worked their magic!! They communicated the first cleanings didnt get the transfer out, but mentioned a staff member suggested (thank you who ever made the suggestion!!!!) another cleaner/product to try and WOW!! I am SO STOKED! One came out PERFECT! The other has faint remnants of the transfer, but is totally wearable again! This cleaner saved my shirts!!! Now, obviously, no guarantee the same might work for anyone else! And Id feel bad if they have to start putting in extra work trying to save color transferred stuff more often, lol! Just maybe this is a friendly reminder not to be a lazy dingdong like me and keep darks and lights separated!!I cant thank yall enough! I really loved the shirts I found and was so mad at myself when I messed them up, so I am on cloud nine right now. Wonderful communication about everything, too. I dont ever get things drycleaned, but Ill try to find excuses to bring things over to give yall more patronage on things that are much less trouble, haha!

Ive received all of those mishaps from competitors in the McKinney area and I was charged more for it.. Ill never use another dry cleaner as this location is easy to stop by after leaving the office and the quality is top-notch. Its their performance that keeps me loyal. Speed and quality! Ill say its not the nicest place out there but its the quality of work Im after, not the waiting room. Dont judge the book by its cover. The prices are also very reasonable. This most recent time I also dropped off a pair of pants that was ripped, which their alterations lady fixed, and it only cost $6. Well worth it for a $50 pair of pants.I also managed to stick my elbow into a pile of avocado while wearing my suit jacket, which stained, despite my efforts to clean it. They were able to get it out with no trouble.

Im happy to say, Cleaners Royal (as the sign reads) is fantastic.I was looking for a dry cleaning place to take my husbands suit. The last place we took it to took several days, was WAY more expensive and didnt do that great of a job (left a double crease in pants AND stole the awesome hanger we took it in on!!).At Cleaners Royal, I walked in, handed the lady the suit along with name and phone number. She said (in plain English) that it would be ready anytime after 5pm. I know I looked at her crazy since it was about 9am, on a Friday, and it was going to be ready the SAME DAY?! Awesome! Two minutes later, I was walking out with the pick-up ticket in hand. The ticket even had all the info about the business printed on it...hours, phone number, name, address, etc.Went to pick up the suit around 5:45pm. Not only was it ready, but they also returned the lapel pin my husband had left on there before even fetching the suit or taking/asking for payment. They had pinned it to the pick-up ticket on their end. Thank goodness because that was a special pin! The suit was beautifully cleaned, even smelled like it was freshly dry cleaned (as far as I could tell, it is done in-house). There was an almost perfect crease in the pants...I imagine its not easy to get out a double crease from the previous disaster.Also agree about the odd one-way signs in the parking lot...not sure what the point of that is since theres not exactly tons of traffic in that back corner shopping strip area, unless you count Subway. But, whatever.Another plus is that there is a drive thru right on the side of the building. I didnt use that but I probably will in the future. I wanted to actually go inside to check the place out real quick.Over all, Cleaners Royal is highly recommended in my book. I will definitely be a repeat customer and so should you!
