Comment: Perfect for an overnight stay. Got on the road later than planned so couldnt make to final destination. Called and able to get a spot the night of with us pulling in around 9pm. Clean very level spot. Bathroom is spacious, cool, and she didnt skimp on the toilet paper. Will stay again when we make the drive again next year. Saved in my Google favorites even so we find it.

Comment: Great RV park for an overnight stay. The owner was very friendly and the grounds were clean. We appreciated the video and occasional drive through surveillance. Full hook-ups were accessible and well-maintained. WiFi was pretty strong and relatively stable.

Comment: They have a laundry area that is open to non-guests on the park (like me).Nice lady answers her phone when you call.The machines work, the change machine works.And the place is extremely clean.Highly recommended.

Comment: This is a gravel parking lot with full hookups. The grounds were clean and well kept. A shower is available and although not the cleanest, it was decent and had hot water. A laundry is available in the same building. Washers are also not the cleanest but usable. It was a great place for a quiet overnight stay.

Comment: Stayed here overnight on our way to Fredricksburg, great over night stop! Easy pull-thru spots, the best wifi we’ve had out of all the rv parks we have stayed at, and cable too! New utilities with 50 amp! Will definitely stay here again! Only thing that would make it 5 stars is if it had a space without the large rocks/gravel for the dogs, it was hard for my little pups to walk in but other then that we found a patch that wasn’t so rocky for them for them to their business! All and all pleasant and affordable RV park with all that a overnighter (or longer) needs!!

Comment: Very quiet and peaceful night. All gravel spots with full hookups. Military discount. Only one toilet and shower, but nice. Lots of washers 2.75$, dryers .75. Very nice and helpful host.

Comment: We stayed one night as it was on our route. The park is a large lot but had everything we needed. The water, power, and Wifi were good. We appreciated the laundry as we needed it. There is a restroom, but we didnt check it out. It met all our needs for a one night stop.

Comment: This is definitely one of the more basic RV hook up parks I’ve been to. It was really just a big gravel parking lot with hook ups. Some people have talked about bathrooms and laundry, I was only there one night so I didn’t see or use those. But I didn’t see much else in the way of amenities, however the person working there was extremely welcoming and helpful and responsive. The hook ups were great and one huge plus was the Wifi. This place had the absolute best and strongest Wifi I have experienced at any RV park so far.

Comment: Great quiet RV Park. We had full hookups with only 1 other camper in the section we were in. They do have a laundry & shower but we didnt use it or check it out. No TV, but they do have free wifi and it seemed to work fine for us. It is a dirt lot, but what do you expect for the Southwest. The owner was extremely friendly. We will be back when we are in the area.We had previously stayed at another RV park in Ozona, but it was covered in stickers and our shoes and the dogs were covered in them and they are very painful.

Comment: Full hookups, VERY NICE shower and laundry facilities. Easy to get to off the Hwy. The owner was very accommodating, gave great directions and we came in right at dark at the beginning of an ice storm. NO FRILLS. Just a nice level place to camp.

Comment: Great price wirh full hook ups. It is not fancy but plenty of room for us at 38ft with 20ft trailer. No need to disconnect. Absolute peace and quiet. Streaming wifi. Full laundromat. As others have said washrooms are locked at night but no issues there. Owners really pleasant and helpful. If you want resort do not stay here. If you want a level, safe, quiet place to visit or just rest - this is the place. If we come through Ozona again, we will certainly stop here. Thanks for the great rest.

Comment: Perfect stop to bring the family along with you. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They do lock the bathrooms up at night to prevent people from causing havoc in there. would recommend anyone visiting the area in need of a place to stay to go here.

Comment: My family and I had a great time. There was a perfect balance of roughing it but with indoor plumbing and wifi for the kids and for those of us that dont exactly enjoy showering outside or in those cramped travel trailer showers, they got showers too!. Theres some cool little off road trails that arent too close to the campgrounds so you can relax without hearing 4wheelers and dirt bikes buzzing past your camp site at mach 3.Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone just trying to get away for a weekend, or to a weary weekend road warrior. Ask for Melanie. Tell her Bear sent ya!

Comment: They dont keep it all lit up like a mall parking lot so you can actually get some sleep without needing to buy blackout curtains or something. They lock the bathroom so dumb kids cant just show up and mess it up or break stuff. They even got wifi so you can look up your news or weather or private content, whatever suits your fancy. Its good to see people providing a decent place thats quiet and looked after instead of trying to tack on all the bells and whistles.

Comment: Wonderful place to stay. Melanie always running around trying to make the place the best she can. Will help you out whenever you call her or text her. The laundry mat doesnt look like much the washers and dryers work quite well and are pretty cheap. Weve stayed here twice eight months the first time and four months the second. Pet friendly, good Wi-Fi, and great community. You couldnt ask for anything better. We will be staying here every time we go to Ozona for work.
